My app. was with Lynda who cleaned my teeth and she did an excellent job and was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Reynolds came in to check results and explained fully, professionally and kindly an issue I have been having with an old implant . I was very pleased overall with my dental experience.

Your front desk receptionist is absolutely perfect. She is polite, welcoming, efficient, and doesn’t miss a beat. I love her! The hygienist was ok kind and gentle but I felt it would have been nice .if she could have shared some knowledge with me about gum disease and possibly dental implants cautions I would have greatly appreciated it. The products she shared were not the best on the market for implants . I met the doctor, a very nice man. I should have mentioned that my implants don’t seem to fit as well as I would like. After spending 30 thousand dollars I expected to speak more clearly. Another dentist who now has is own office did all my work at the Blue Ash Dental office. I wanted to mention this to their new Dentist, however he seemed to be busy. He was in and out before I could get into this discussion. Perhaps he feels that if I am not comfortable with the fit I should go back to the original surgeon. I really wanted to know if there was anything that could be done. I would definitely recommend this office for complete dental care.

You solved a mystery with something happening in my mouth that had been ignored by or unknown by my previous dentist, and now there is no issue. They always keep the schedule on track, I don't recall any experience with much delays. My dentist is hilarious and professional, the hygienists are friendly and doing a good job every time. Not to forget office staff that always send you reminders. The office is located conveniently and easy to get to in a beautiful structure. Julie

My hygienist I believe her name was Nicole put me at ease immediately . I have been apprehensive after a bad dental experience about even coming to a new doctor . Nicole was thorough and kind and the doctor gave clear and concise information and I left feeling very very thankful for having found this dental group .
