Extremely professional customer service. Receptionist was very helpful when booking my first visit appointment. Everyone on the staff was great. Dental assistants and Dentist were very friendly and knowledge. Kudos to the office manager and Drs who hire!

Everyone was helpful. Courtney was one step ahead of Dr. Capponi knowing what he was doing and everything went well.

Dental hygienist, Cynthia, was super sweet and did a great job. However, I do wish I could have seen the doctor since I’m his patient. Also the front desk didn’t greet me like I expected. I asked “how are you?” And the blonde lady replied “good”. But didn’t ask how I was doing. I was expecting more conversation from the front desk. When I asked for a toothbrush, she didn’t tell me where the bathroom was. There was completely a disconnect.

Jason cleaned my teeth very well. He was kind and professional. However, this is the first place that I just went in for a cleaning and was not seen by the dentist afterwards. I didn't ask why. I just got my next appointment and left.

I came in for a cleaning and stays. No problems were found, and I had a thorough dental exam! Happy Patient!

This was my first visit and I had been having a lot of pain for 2-3 weeks. Unable to get into my regular dentist, I did a search of highly rated dentists. First impressions: Friendly staff. Dr. Cabral was very knowledgeable. He was the third dentist I saw and came up with a solution no one else had presented. He was friendly and willing to work with me if what he did didn’t solve the problem. My insurance doesn’t work with his office but I liked them so well my husband want to check into other options that will allow us to go back to him. Very happy.

I came with a bad infected tooth (which was broken), another broken tooth and cavities. They were able to get me in right away and they actually had time to not only extract the infected tooth, but the other broken tooth and they filled 2 cavities. I was so grateful they had the time to do all work. Not to mention my son was there at the same time as me because he chipped 2 teeth playing football and they fixed both of those as well. Going to the Dentist is not usually my favorite thing to experience! However, I got my teeth cleaned, and then went over to another dental chair and had a couple cavities filled. I "thought" I was going to experience a fair amount of anxiety about this, but not at all. It was a very good experience. I would recommend Blue Ridge family dentistry care to everyone.

Eveytime I visit BlueRidge I am greeted in a very friendly manner. I am asked if there is anything they can get for me such as coffee or water. The service is excellent and when I am seeen it is always a good experience.

I drive 67 miles from Hayward to Vacaville only because I of the awesome treatment I receive from Dr Cabral and the office team. Procedures and options are explained thoroughly, so there are never any surprises, Dr Cabral is, in my opinion, the BEST dentist I have ever come across. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and has magic hands. You will not feel any pain. The office staff is very welcoming and very cheerful which always makes me feel taken care of. I am so fortunate to have finally found a dentist/dental staff I love.
