The front desk check in personnel are always so welcoming especially Ms Sandra who is just so nice. Russell the PA I generally see is very professional but has a wonderful way of making you feel that he is totally focused on your needs and any issues you may be having. The nurse Sandy I believe her name is is just a warm person and makes you feel at ease , she totally takes care of you and listens sincerely to any issues you may have. I have always enjoyed my visits to this office .

PA Russell did a thorough job explaining to me what was going on with my right keen and the options I had. The nurse that took my X-rays was excellent.

Dr Erin gave good info on my condition and follow up. However, I cannot seem ti get online to read her report. After many tries, I gave up.

Was able to get appointment same day I called. Saw Rustin Sorensen & he was wonderful. Very satisfied with wonderful treatment I received. Office staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend to everyone

Erin was so honest and very forthcoming about my diagnosis. I went back to Dr. Tenholder and he said yall were wrong and that nothing to be done but a brace and no more steroid shots. He said he would or couldnt help me byt a brace and no attention should be paid to the Vatican result and to talk to pain management about adding pain meds. I told him I would rather amputate my leg then live with this forever. But he messed up 3 surgeries on my knee and now he just keep letting it get worse . I ask for the referrals that Erin gave me and he said he would try and see what he could do. The same as he always says, and I recorded it all. It's truly UNBELIEVABLE. So Erin, thank you so much for your honesty and being so forthcoming and telling me the truth and giving me the referral names and answering everything I ask of you. God Bless you. The wait time was an hour to see the PA, and the staff to check me in was very “ matter of fact”. I was a new patient and there was no friendly chatter, just give me the medical cards and fill out this 6 page information sheet and keep the privacy information for yourself. When I checked out, I had to ask about the follow up injection. Nothing was offered to help me feel at ease or comforted. I was disappointed in the patient care but was very happy with PA Arron

Looking forward to getting my thumb fixed by Dr. Markowski. My neighbor is a hand therapist and says Dr. Markowski is the best.

Only negative is too much paperwork and repetition of data.

My first visit was very good. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Which I appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Markowski. He was friendly, kind, and really helpful. I felt comfortable with the practice, and will even keep my second appointment! PLEASE GET THE AIR CONDITIONING FIXED. IT WAS FRIGID IN THERE!!

Apptmt at 1pm. Injection painless. Out by 1:20pm. Staff friendly. PA friendly and professional. Staff member efficient by having injection & supplies ready for beforehand PA.

In general, a good experience. Just wish there were some solution to my knee problem besides replacement. I am 81. I did receive a knee brace but hoped for perhaps PT or a better option.

Work professionally

My experience at the office was very good. The P.A. Erin Robinson explained the results of the xrays. She told me what to expect from the injection. Very professional service.

Analysis of sore thumb area seemed to be correct and quick. I was quickly fitted with a portable cast device to support the thumb. However, I was not instructed on how to put it on myself, with the recommended fitting tension around the thumb.

PPA Erin, listens to my complai ts; addresses them in terms I can i detstand. The knee complaint is a tissue issue, not a joint problem; not in her arena. She gave me a steroid shot in my right wrist; I"m tight-handed and couldn't use it to lift anything at all. Now, I'm able to do yard work as well as housework. I am so leased with the cate given me at this clinic. SB

I saw Dr. Sorensen and he was very polite, knowledgeable and considerate. He gave me all options and I will be following up with his suggestions.

I know everyone is professional and busy but my last two office visits with the PA and nurse were thorough and not hurried at all. This last visit I felt I was rushed through. My vitals were not taken and I wasn’t shown my xrays and a question I relayed to the nurse was not passed on to the doctor and I forgot to re-ask the question; visit finished in quick time. It wasn’t until I left the office that I realized my question about some finger numbness wasn’t answered. But I will ask the question again during my therapy evaluation next week. It’s okay, just that This visit was different than other two with a different nurse and the PA. Thank you.

I recently moved to Miramar Beach. So, I was a little hesitant about going to a new practice. But I feel like this is the right place for me. Josie was friendly & professional. Rustin was interested in my goals for getting back to an active lifestyle. He presented options & answered my & my wife’s questions. Sandra was wonderful both on the phone & in the office. I look forward to getting my life back.
