I’m one of those “problem” clients to any other dentist I’ve ever been to, but I wasn’t a problem at all for Dr. Bowers. He was so patient and understanding, and I was able (for the 1st time without a panic attack, or having to be “put under”) to sit through a silver filling AND a crown! For someone that experiences high anxiety every time you say “dentist” Dr. Bower and his whole staff does everything possible to help me through. When Shelly from the business office explained they were not a preferred provider by my insurance and it would cost me more to continue to see Dr. Bower or they could refer me to someone else to help me save some money, I would rather pay the extra to be with people I trust to take care of me. The business office is honest, the staff is wonderful, and Dr. Bower cares for every patient. If I have to go to a dentist, I will not go to any other than Dr. Bower!

Xrays, Cleaning, Fillings, Root Canals, Crowns and Bridges have all been received at the skilled hands of various dental assistants, hygienists and Dr. Bowers. Whenever I am in the chair each step of the procedure is carefully explained so that I know exactly what to expect. My experience has been superb, I never hesitate to make and keep dental appointments! The words please and thank you are frequently heard not only to patients but also between all of the staff. I suspect another factor that positively affects the service I receive is my warm and friendly demeanor. My visit was awesome with tender care, my teeth were x-rayed, cleaned and polished. Hygienist explained some things she thought Dr Bowers would look at, Dr Bowers gave two options and let me choose. Staff is wonderful.

I am in a lot of pain now, can't sleep due to pain recurring often, can't chew food, since Tuesday, I am taking the last of my antibiotics and am worried the infection has spread in my mouth. I don't know what to do.

Dr. Bowers and his staff are the most competent, polite and friendly dental office that have done dental work for me. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. From the moment I walk in the office they made me feel like I was the most important person there. They remember I'm terrified to be there, so they made jokes and had me talking about other things. I started to look around the room ( instruments) they told me to look out the window at the snow. Kind, gentle, PATIENT, so patient, and they work so hard to make sure that I have a good experience with them. Dr. Bowers is very aware what I'm feeling when works on me. He stops before I ask, he waits and talks about other things until I'm ready to keep going. And then I fall asleep. You can't get any better then that.

I had an issue last weekend and the staff called me back promptly with options and then got me in first thing Monday morning to resolve my problem. Under normal conditions the staff is really good at keeping out of pocket cost low for my whole family while getting all the work we need done. The dental work and care is the best in town and they care a lot about us.

I appreciated meeting everyone and getting answers to all of my questions. What I would have liked was a summary page to take home with me. My dentistry fear caused me to forget most of the details. I’d like a summary of how many appointments are required, the length of each appointment and what I’ll look like or feel like after the first appointment, e.g. should I plan to keep a low profile and hide out. I’m sure all of this was discussed with me, but I didn’t retain it except the staff seemed happy and professional, so the doctor must be excellent!
