Always a great experience at Dr Goates office!!!!

All the staff at Precision Dental are friendly, caring. We have been going there since they opened. Best Dentist we have ever had.

Chrysta is always great. I appreciate her professionalism, calm manner, and sensitivity to my needs as a patient with dental fears. Sadly, this appointment was changed and I didn’t get to see Dr. Goates who I prefer over Dr. Van Dyke. The contrast between both doctors is measurable. Dr. Goats has a calm manner while at the same time providing gentle and exceptional care. His approach is also reasonable and reassuring. I haven’t had the same experience with Dr. Van Dyke. Both times I’ve seen her, she hasn’t taken into consideration my needs for a gentler approach. I felt both times that her approach was a bit aggressive and rushed. I also don’t feel she took into consideration details from my last exam findings that seemed to undermine Dr. Goats assessment. Just my opinion but I’d prefer to not be scheduled with Dr. Van Dyke again.

After a move and much too long since seeing a dentist due to high anxiety, I have found my new dental office! Everyone I encountered there on my first visit was kind, friendly and professional. Lizzy is a wonderful hygienist. She did an awesome job of helping me become more at ease. Dr Goates was also so kind and thorough. After months of agonizing over finding a new dentist and hygienist who will be understanding, gentle, and with good bedside manner, it is sweet relief to have found just that! Now I can get back to the regular dental care that I so need! Thank you to all who were part of that experience yesterday!

Everybody is so very nice there at Precision Dental. Was amazed with all the state of the art equipment that the doctor has. I love going to my dentist, the crown is great feels good, and the cleaning was very thorough. Always looking forward to my dental visits. The staff was friendly and my comfort was a top priority. A very pleasant experience for a dental office.

The assistant could stand to be more gentle with the x-ray mouthpiece. It was quite painful to have her force my mouth closed while the piece was digging in to my gumline, and simply chide me to relax while I was wincing from the pain.

Great customer service and u really liked the flow of the office and the front office staff and billing were fantastic as well!

I was running late because of a wreck on the freeway and you were so accommodating and were really informative and helpful on ways to help me with my teeth cleaning.

I called the day before to try and reschedule to an earlier appointment because of some last minute family visiting. Honesty at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating! Chrysta, my dental hygienist, was amazing as always, funny, gentle, easy to talk to, and always makes the visit very comfortable. And Dr Goates is equally so professional and pleasant to work with. It always amazes me that he remembers things we spoke about 6 months ago, despite seeing different people every day! This is, hands down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My filling came off at the end of my night shift. I stopped by the office on my way home. I was immediately evaluated by a dental assistant. Then Dr Van Dyke replaced my filling on the spot. I appreciate how accommodating everyone was of what felt like an urgent issue to me even though I didn’t have an appointment. I consistently receive courteous, prompt and professional care at Precision Dental. Plus the office is aesthetically pleasing.

I look forward to coming. I know we will be well treated and enjoy the staff. Everyone has such a welcoming smile and conversations. The doctor and his hygienist are always a treat to see.

Honesty was great in modifying my scheduled time to accommodate my needs. There was only a few minutes wait time when I arrived. Krista was pleasant, professional and did a great job as usual when cleaning my teeth. Of course, I love the free teeth whitening!

Great experience

I love this place. They know be by name and make all the logistics easy. They have a nice sink in the waiting area restroom with individually wrapped toothbrushes that have toothpaste on them already. So I can brush my teeth and they have mouthwash in there to freshen my breath. Then I come out to check in at the counter and the receptionist is on the phone. She takes the time to quickly break away from the call make eye contact with me and say “I’ve got you checked in Brian.” I never said a word. Thumbs up :-)

I love this office. Everyone is always very happy and accomodating which is an excellent atmosphere for a dental office. Ashley and Lizee are very professional yet they treat you like a friend. The receptionists are friendly as well. Dr. Goates is very attentive and an office with employees who are always in a good mood reflect upon him in a very positive way. I would highly recommend Dr. Goates if you are seeking a well qualified dentist who also knows how to hire a very qualified staff to run an efficient, pleasant office.

I really enjoyed my visit and my hygenist. I can't recall her name. She, in my opinion, has a better bedside manner than my previous hygenist in your office. I will continue to make my appointments with her.
