It’s always nice when you walk into their office and everybody truly knows you. Dr. Brockman and his staff are always making sure that I’m comfortable while they’re doing their job. I am very pleased and impressed with my first visit to Dr. Brockman’s office! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and Dr. Brockman was over-the-top professional and so great in going over all my dental history and what could or needed to be done in the future. Going to Dr. Brockman’s office is like going to see friends. On top of that they have taken excellent care of our dental health . We feel we are in the best of hands when we are there.

Great job, excellent patient care and expedient. On my way out however, I was asked about fees due from previous procedures done. Even though it was “paid in full” at time of procedure, it was determined that insurance reconciliation revealed additional monies owed by patient. Receiving a bill would have been preferred rather than casual ask at end of next visit at front counter. I understand the approach, just prefer official billing. Thank you:)

I was so relieved you were willing to see me immediately since I was visiting family and lived in NV and was unsure who would see me. Fortunately, my family living here gave me your phone number.
