Wait time could have been handled better our appointment was at 915 we got there early to fill out forms so we where there at 9 and it was not til 930-940. So the wait could have been handled better or even just a receptionist or somebody letting us know we would have to wait a little longer would have been better. Otherwise our appointment was great everything was explained and upfront.

Everything went well high-class treatment. My only issue was I wished my receipt match the pricing that the girls wrote down on paper that’s all.

We have been patients for a number of years and are made to feel like we are their #1 patients. Questions are answered in detail and in a manner we can understand. Thank you Dr Brodie and staff.

Very much enjoyed the Doctor. However, I was not initially tested for glaucoma. That’s ok, I know things get busy. However, instead of acknowledging, I was told the test had been done. In all due respect, while I may be getting old, I would certainly remember having air blown in eyes and why would I want to have it done twice?

Really appreciate Dr. Brodie and staff, always a good experience. Have been a customer for years. Only downside would be that prices are pretty high for those without vision insurance. May be helpful to offer some lower cost alternatives, ex. generic frames or basic exam fees.

Another good visit with Dr Brodie, but some things I would share. First, the person who helped me dilated my eyes and put drops in them. I had a difficult time seeing when I went to leave my visit and lasted about an hour or so after my appointment. I wasn’t anticipating this and was a little concerned. Last, the last time I ordered glasses, your office helped me and ordered them for me. I came back to your office to be sure they fit correctly and that was it. This time I asked for the same help and was told that you wouldn’t help me order glasses. I had to choose something off the floor at your office. Your process may have changed since then, but I was confused by that response as I had done it just a year ago.

I thought you were very thorough with my check up. Also Terri was a big help in finding the right frames and building the best glasses for me.

Everyone was very helpful. Past experiences have been like an assembly line, as quick as possible to get to next customer. Your group took time to make sure I will be able to see!
