I mentioned to Dr. Buhite that I was concerned about the breakdown of my teeth and he proposed a procedure that could help, which I agreed to have done. All in all, I was very happy with this appointment, from check-in to check-out!

Removing the tooth went well.

After what appeared to be a normal cleaning the Doctor talked to me, in itself, an excellent practice well done--except. except, what the doctor said was quite unclear [unclear!]. That was likely, in part, because he kept the mask on, likely knowing this would interfere in communications. Very bad practice. Even now I do not understand what he said, what I should do and what his opinions are. Disappointing in the extreme since in previous experience there was no similar set of problems.

Heather was the most thorough hygienist I have ever experienced. She thoroughly checked my teeth, went over all the teeth with the high pressure water tool, and even put Vaseline on my lips to keep the Fluoride from sticking.

Thank you so very much for the best help ever..because I got the treatment I needed with oral antibiotic treatment immediately . with follow up plan and a script to add to remedy a gangrene infection that I waited too long to address..thinking it would resolve itself in time.which I realized was not happening.. I suffered from tmj and never thought after 2 years that I found a dentist that educated me on tmj and adjusted my teeth and put me out of misery. So grateful for that! This was an emergency visit on Monday morning, scheduled during a call on Sunday.I appreciated the early appointment as I was in much pain from an infected tooth and swollen face. My wait was brief.The office was quiet, and everyone occupied. Covid precautions were strictly observed. Both Assistants and Dentist were: gentle with my sore tooth, thorough in obtaining and assessing data from the xrays, Dr. Buhite 1, carefully explained the problem and suggested treatment, including referral to another specialist, an endodontist, with advanced 3-D xray equipment. He explained the medication he prescribed would address the infection and how further repair of the tooth could proceed, if a root canal was done by the endodontist.I left Dr. Buhite with much relief and especially benefited from his personal call to the endodontist, who saw and treated the tooth that afternoon in a very compassionate manner. By the end of the day I was on the mend , with no further pain and with a plan for healing in progress. The Insurance specialist in Dr. Buhite;s office was most diligent in filing with my Dental Insurance carrier for reimbursement. I am blessed to have care and compassion readily available in this emergency.

Our dentist of 40+ years retired 2018. My husband passed January 2020. If I hadn't lost a filling, I don't know when I would have made an appointment to visit a dentist. I was in tears the evening before my appointment, just thinking about it. Although they were busy, there was no waiting. Both the staff and Dr. Buhite are amazing; xrays and cleaning were done on the same day. One more visit to replace my filling! No more tears!

I love Chris! She’s so nice, she’s always there to answer your questions, as I’ve been with Dr. Busch since I was a Freshman in high school and am now going on 23, I would never change my dentist! It’s kind of weird relocating because I’m so used to the purple room and sky diving pictures every where. This office is more modern style and I do miss the old office. I hope Dr. Busch never retires but when the time comes I will go wherever Chris goes!

As a Deaf patient, it was hard to understand the Dental Hygienist. The office needs to order Clear Mask Shields to use with Deaf/ Hard of Hearing patients.

Such a relief when you go to the dentist and have complete trust

I was looking for a local dentist but was procrastinating. A painful tooth on a Sunday of course sped up that decision. They took me in the day I called which was the next day . Their concern for my situation was genuine and Within an hour of seeing them I was pain free. From the phone call to the care and expert treatment from Dr. Baker , it was a positive experience. I always have a wonderful experience when attending the dentist. For someone who had a horrible childhood experience at the dentist it is great to not fear going.

I went to have my teeth cleaned on Monday Dec. 23rd. As usual everything went very well. The office staff is always professional, caring and knowledgeable. Their attitudes always make going to the dentist a lot easier and help take the edge off. Keep up the good work.

You listen to patient symptom description and use your expertise to ferret a cause. You discuss preventative measures, eg. Waterpic use, and explain treatments you suggest. You schedule a follow-up on if needed basis.

Suzanne is the best. My teeth felt so clean, never better. I intend to stay with Suzanne only.

This is a very wonderful decision I made to go to see this Dr. They are the nicest group of people. I highly recommend if you are having problems as I was DON'T WAIT go and give Dr Buhite a chance. I truly do not think that you' ll be sorry.

Dr Buhite is a awesome doctor. He is very conscious of his work and is so kind to his patients and explains every detail of the procedure he’s to do. Dr. Buhite has a wonderful staff that is friendly and caring. I do mention Dr Buhite to my friends and family.

I saw Dr. Buhite for a root canal, building up of a tooth for a future cap. It was a 2 hour appt. I was quite nervous but was put at ease by the Dr. & Ashley. The Dr. explained everything he was doing and our progress & always checked with me to see how I was doing & if I needed a break. The hardest part of the procedure were the x- rays!! It was really a painless procedure. Thank you .

I still miss Carol terribly, but Trudy does a very good and thorough job. They don’t get nicer or better than Dr. Buhite, Jr.. I trust him explicitly and am a dedicated fan of his and the staff. Everyone is professional, nice, and courteous. I feel like I’m visiting family when I go there. I’m thankful that my parents went to Dr. Buhite Sr. (who is truly amazing and super nice as well); otherwise, I would have missed out on having the best dental care Rochester has to offer.

I love you guys but honestly lately most times I have appointment I’m waiting 20, 25, 30 min. I wish you guys had a service that told me that you’re running late and not to be in for 1015 minutes that’s my opinion you asked me. But lately running late for appointments is the problem I see . It’s not easy but I would love it if you made me aware of that before I came in. :)

I just had my first interview and I was very impressed with the entire staff.

I do not like demands to complete satisfaction surveys. They offset my delight with the competence and caring of the staff.

My first consultation was with Aspen Dental. The staff and the environment was not the type of service I expected especially after the price they quoted me. I left their office feeling uncomfortable but while driving home I noticed Burite & Burite Family Dental I pulled into the parking lot and I went inside. I was given a tour of the facility and I was amazed at the high-tech they were using. The staff was nice, friendly very personable. They made me feel a part of the family. I am a United States Marine veteran and I will recommend this place to all veterans and their families. The staff is amazing you will love them.

The dental service was excellent.

Everything thing was explained before any procedure was done. Options for procedures and costs were explained and I was able to make decisions apprise for me.

I don't use Google nor Face Book . But I was pleased that Sue Ann found a problem with one of my own teeth & brought it to Dr. Rob's attention.

I appreciate getting schedules quickly to come in to fix my tooth not getting charged for it. Unfortunately yesterday the cap on my tooth came off and will need to get glued back on.

I don't mind going because it is usually an easy time and worthwhile because of the benefits that come with having good oral hygiene. Most folks don't understand how important their teeth are when looking at their overall bodily health. No delays in getting into chair. Cleaning done with no complaints, work was done so well I could have taken a nap while being worked on. Always greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the entire staff.
