I went in for my prep work for a bridge to cover a space where a molar had to be pulled a year ago.. Dr. Ostheller was very gentle in all the shots I had to be given to numb the area to worked on Monica was his assistant and is much more than that...she was excellent very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained all that was happening. I just absolutely love the care that Dr. Joe takes with his patients. I dont even live in the same town or county anymore but I will take the time to travel and make the trip to see the best dentist I've ever had. I definately recommend this place for anyone.

Loved our visit, as a parent it was nice being able to go back with my child, also getting procedure done that day instead of having to make another appointment. Staff was friendly.

I am able to have my teeth pulled and dentures made in the same office. And my insurance covers it. The staff is friendly and the dentist is very gentle. Everything they do is explained, so I understand.

Unfortunately, I missed this appointment. The people I interacted with by phone were alll kind, courteous and understanding of my situation.

All the folks working at C. K. Dental is very friendly & warm & are very professional. I think I finally found a dentistry that I felt welcome & confidence they will do what they need to do to improve my teeth, smile & hopefully no pain. I first discovered them by a receptionist at Penninsula in Port Orchard. I called several phone #s from the phone book & recommendations from the #s I did call. I had broken my tooth on Thursday evening from accidentally biting down on a cherry pit. Friday morning, I started calling different #. I knew I had to find a dentist that day because they'res no dentist that work on a weekend. I finally dialed C. K. Dentistry & wala, yeah, they were willing to allow me to come in to have my tooth pulled. Half the tooth was broke all the way to the Gumline & just dangling & I was in excruciating pain. Couldn't eat & did not want to suffer this way throughout the weekend. So C. K. Dentistry saved my day. I love them for what they did by pulling my tooth by Dr. Joseph Ostheller. As soon as he extracted my tooth, the pain immediately started to subside. I was so relieved, I wanted to give him a great big kiss, but instead, I extended my hand to shake his. He's got a great personality & a very friendly bedside manner. I thank him very much for helping me in such short notice. Again, I thank Dr. Joe & all the compassionate staff working there at C. K. Everyone was helpful, polite, and accommodating. The cleaning, I felt was very brief, and not thorough. Based on past cleaning experiences In comparison there was by far less cleaning tools used to remove any plaque. I would say the cleaning took about 5 minutes in length. When done carefully I’ve always felt that fresh feeling afterward. This fell short of that by far. There was just a brief brushing tool and flossing used. Nothing done to clean between the teeth and at gum line. Is this the extent of the clean?

My first impression is very good! I was slightly disappointed to have to wait a month to get the cleaning after my initial visit of only x-rays but I understand that’s how you do things.

First filling ever at 55 yrs old so I was nervous and they took wonderful care of me; great experience especially from both Kylie and major props on how she helped set me at ease by explaining everything and being very gentle and kind!!!

Y’all were awesome. Maybe I was there on an off day... being able to hear that one of docs implements was missing and seeing the confusion about it was a bit unsettling while waiting to have a tooth pulled. But yr aftercare and the extraction itself really stand out as being as great of an experience as I could have hoped for. It’s state insurance. With that being said at least I have some insurance. They removed pieces from a tooth that the LAST state Dentist Left in my mouth. Having to go back is a drag. Esp. When I was told things would be done the same day. I get it. Know this, THEY ARE CLEAN. They are kind. They will walk you through things. Clean was a big one for me. Again last STATE dentist office in Bremerton was dirty. Not being rude, but it was horrible. Thank you for your Clean office and professionalism. Going to the dentist is extremely frightening for most. I will go there again, I also recommend them 💯. Not having dental and now having it, is a blessing. And again, A CLEAN OFFICE! Nobody loves going, thankfully their whole staff makes it better. Thanks again!!

Dr. Gulati performed my root canal before I went to Southern California. My tooth cracked (last Sat night) before I was able to get the build up/temp crown. Mon, fixxed w/build up & temp before work! Reffered my friend's son. He's coming in end of the month. CK is GREAT!!! (How come Doc Gulati isn't on card?)

The dental hygienist was PHENOMENAL! She was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and give me tips on how I can improve my brushing. The overall experience was great because of her. However, when the time came to see the dentist, I have never seen him before, he was rude and it was obvious he did not want to be there. (Which I didn’t understand why, I AM paying for this service after all). He didn’t say a word to me, just checked my teeth and got up and left without saying a word. If it had not been for the excellent service I had received from the dental hygienist, I would consider taking my business elsewhere. I have been going to this office for about 5 years and every other time has been exceptional service. I will blame it on the new dentist having a bad day (we all have them) but a reminder that being polite and friendly to your patients won’t hurt.

Fast and efficient, a little unorganized. We were told to go to Walgreens for the prescription, but when we got there they had forgotten to call it in, and it turns out Walgreens didn’t take our insurance, so we ended up having to go to rite aid and call and get the prescription transferred there. Aside from all that, it was a good experience.

Sure. All of your staff have been very professional and kind. When your waiting room is packed and people start getting a little upset you all seem to handle it well and remain patient when people start flipping out. One thing I have noticed and wondered about, is whether or not your staff washes their hands often. I'm really uncomfortable with someone sticking their fingers in my mouth without gloves on. The reason for my concern is because I was hospitalized for 8 days in a diabetic coma and it turned out that I had a staph infection in my blood, I was septic. I don't think it came from your office, it just made me see the importance of the whole hand washing thing. Also the one dentist who is dark completed and tall?? He was so nice and thoughtful. He needs to keep doing what he's doing. Ha! Okay I didn't intend for this to be so lengthy so I'll stop. You are all a great team!

I was having a lot of problems with my teeth and was told by other dentist that I need to have them all pulled and get dentures. This devastated me because I am only 32 years old and feel that I am far too young to have dentures. A couple hundred dollars down the drain and then I found CK Dentistry. From the moment I walked in their office staff we're super friendly and made me feel like I had finally found the right spot. Then meeting the dentist and going over a dental plan, I then realized that this was the spot. He understood exactly how I felt and reassured me that he could save my teeth and me all of my personal needs for my teeth. In one day I went from a crying mess to walking out of CK dentistry's office with a huge smile on my face!

I apprecate the fact that the doc always makes sure my blood pressure is good, and I am fully numb before beginning.

Quick appointment setup. Friendly help and not a long wait to see dentist.

Well um so far so good, the dentist was nice, the assistant did well, im coming in for another root canal. Ericka scares me. But i don't what to think right now with my first experience. Never have i had to have a root canal because the drilling got to hot or the medicine between the tooth and filling didn't work. im a little discouraged. But what can i do. I keep the faith because overall they are really nice people

Very nice. Quick in and out once able to finally get in. Only thing I would change is the shock value expressed in front of patient and offer the option to be put under for extractions, but that's just me 🙂

I was not happy with the old man at the desk. He forgot to call me to cancel my last apt on 6/16. I found out as I was sitting in the parking lot that morning. Funny thing is I got 2 confirmation text the day before. This is the first time this has happened to me. But it's not the first time this has happened. I saw it happen to other person while I was in the office. I understand he is family and family is important. BUT as a manager my self, It's important to have efficient HELP!! And that does lot mean to pull the dental assistants away from their patients. So please take some advise and look for office staff.

It was my first visit. But i enjoyed it, the staff was very friendly. And the dentist did a thorough exam on my teeth. So far so good😀.

Personally the dentist has never been a place I want to go but this office is excellent. The one on one time the dentist gives you to where not only the dentist but the entire staff welcomes you by first name. You are the kindest and most friendly people I have ever spent time with at a dentist office. I had a root canal a implant and a tooth pulled and was laughing and smiling the whole time. They take more time with you and never do they rush and answer all your questions. It's a family business and it feels as though I'm with my own family.
