This was my favourite visit to an eye doctor ever! It was my first time getting an eye exam from Dr. Lawrence and he was both very interesting and knowledgeable about eyes and contacts. It went better than I expected as I typically have low expectations for eye exams. I appreciate his work. The reception desk was polite and helpful as usual, answering all of my questions. It would be more comfortable in the reception area with some softer lighting + accent lighting and a more interesting color (didn’t you have a nice green at the other location? And getting the display cabs up and maybe fun inexpensive rugs (IKEA/West Elm/Mayfair/crate and Barrel etc). It has an unfinished look which gives me the thought that your landlord/building management has been difficult to deal with?

The opticians here are excellent at helping me find the right frame to fit my style.

Dr. Granville Lawrence is very thorough with his exam and not only explains everything but shows you things. So I really feel like I know what is going on with my eyes. He's very client focused doing what's best for you and what you'd prefer where there are options. And he's very funny. The staff is also always very friendly and very competent.

Great assistance with glasses choices. Great visit with Dr. Lawrence, as always. Although the new office has more space, it seems a little less cozy? Homey? I’m not sure. Right now it just seems to lack a personality. I know that may seem silly and I will adjust. Keep up the good work.

Two things make Calhoun Vision great; the improvement in my optical health and the witty banter with the doctors.

As always, I was greeted cordially; my eyes were checked by the tech right away and in a friendly, professional manner. Dr. Lawrence gave his usual thorough review of where my eyes and prescriptions are at. After over 40 years of being a client of his, I would expect nothing less than excellence and my expectations were met! Thanks!

I was lucky that I showed up when I did, because I had called to book an appointment, but it somehow wasn’t on their schedule. He was kind enough to squeeze me in. I was trying out contacts, and was reporting that they were comfy, but not correcting my vision well enough. Turns out I have cataracts. Dr. L Is so great about telling me things,and he tells me stuff that would be my concerns before I even thought them.

Have chosen this office for years for contact lense vision care. They have the capability to do extensive medical tests if need arises.

Dr. Lawrence has been my eye doctor since 1984. He's always so patient, and has me come back until my contacts are right. That isn't the case at other clinics. I dread the day he retires.

I've been a long time CVC client. I like supporting local businesses and am very fond of Dr. Lawrence. He always makes me laugh. However , I am taken aback by the extraordinarily high prices for lends and frames. Over $500 for just lenes? No discounts for long time customers? I may be forced to buy my lenes and frames elsewhere in the future.

Dr. Lawrence is an angel dressed in an eye doctor's clothing. He was very thorough in his diagnosis using all the latest technology - no eye drops. He seemed to be reading my mind as he answered most of my questions before I asked them. Then, for one last question he showed me a color photo of my eye to demonstrate his answer to my question. Dr. Lawrence obviously has an incredible depth of experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I normally get an extreme headache after an eye appointment but honestly, I had came in with a mild headache and left with no headache! Coincidence? I think not, everyone was great! Can't wait to go back and pick up my frames. Worth the 60+ mile drive.

Short wait time, smooth appointment. Dr. Lawrence explained everything including the photos he took and what he was looking for. No eye doctor has ever done that, and it was very valuable to me. All of my questions were answered.

Frustrated. I was told I'd receive two calls. One to confirm an insurance plan and the other information on cosmetic contacts. Neither were received so a week later I called. I was told an email was sent, now twice, and neither received (wasn't in SPAM). Wait ing for the insurance question to be confirmed.

Calhoun Vision was awesome! I have never had eye problems up until now, so I didn't really know anything about it, but all of the staff helped me out and answered my questions. The doctor showed me the pictures of my eyes and what he was looking at. All around great experience!

I always enjoy my conversations with Dr. Lawrence, whether it's about my eyes, politics, or family shenanigans. I'm happy with my service, though I have one suggestion based on my last visit. Please be sure to clarify any additional fees that might be related to suggested care. Case in point, the contract trial process. I didn't realize there was a fee when it was suggested. I would have done it anyway, I just mention it because I was surprised at the extra cost when I checked out. Thanks, and keep up the great work!

I had an emergency unscheduled visit late on a Friday. The team got me in and was very understanding. Dr Granville phoned with a follow up call the next day (Saturday). Outstanding service from a qualified team! Thank you!

Visit was fine. Follow up not so great. I was told to have pharmacy send request for drops to your office. I have not had any luck getting response from Dr. Hennen's on refill after surgery. Dr. Lawrence said he would authorize refill. contacted pharmacy and they sent request. Attempted to pickup script next day and still no authorization. Attempted pickup on refill was Saturday so nothing will be done till Monday. After two weeks of attempting to get refill I am out!

Dr. Lawrence is great but it was a pain as a mom traveling out of town with a small infant not to have received enough trial contacts until my 2nd appt. Wearing them 3-4 days was pretty uncomfortable in dusty CO. Might be good to work on a better formula (or OK giving out more?) for the future for the front office staff. Had to go back in twice to get more when 2nd Appt. was rescheduled on me - not convenient.

Good to go, could use a few more choices for frames.
