I came to Dr. Campenella with a bulging/herniated disk in my lower back caused by construction work carrying heavy cement blocks. The injury started off with minor low back pain then turned into 24/7 sciatica pain in which I couldn’t walk, sit, sleep ...hardly anything. I literally had pain all the time. Dr. Campenella suggested spinal decompression routine after revising my MRI and X Rays. Of course being a man I didn’t actually fully listen to his advice and didn’t follow his decompression routine as he outlined. Finally after getting over my stubbornness I decided to actually listen to the Drs. suggestions and started to follow the routine as needed for my injury. I was on the verge of surgery because nothing worked. I just couldn’t take it anymore. After a few weeks of spinal decompression, which didn’t hurt at all, my pain and injury was nearly 90% gone. After another short period of time I am honestly now 100% pain free and haven’t feel this good in over 2 yrs! Absolutely remarkable what Dr. Campanella has done! I can’t suggest him more.
