Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, it was extremely difficult to find open dental offices willing to treat dental emergencies quickly. I called Campus Dental Care, and had an appointment booked for two days from the day I called! Campus Dental Care provided me the best service I have ever received for dentistry in my life. The staff is extremely friendly, and made a dentist visit during this crisis a non stressful experience.

The experience was easy and swift. Relative to most other people, I keep my teeth in very good condition such that the hygienist never does have to scrape off a fair amount of buildup. Still, I think I would’ve gotten a better cleaning at my former dentist’s office.

Campus Dental is my lifetime favorite dental practice. Dr. Needham is a good dentist who is relaxed and gentle. In caring for me, he has even took time to ask his dental study group for advice when there was no clear cause for my problem. Everyone in the practice is friendly and professional. I feel well cared for at Campus Dental.

The checking and cleaning process is careful and clear. But still not clear about if the X-Ray is covered by the SHIP insurance.

Everything was great

First-time patient here. The decor at the front desk was clean and welcoming. I arrived early, knowing there will be some paperwork to complete. I had made an appointment for both a check-up and a cleaning. I was seen about 30-40 minutes later than scheduled. Everybody was really nice. However, I left without a cleaning because they ran out of time. I have to go back in 2 weeks for a crown delivery and some fillings. However, I personally feel like not getting the scheduled cleaning does not leave a good first impression, especially when I showed up in time. When I asked why, I was told that there were other patients... Weird! I would understand if I did not make an appointment and that they did me a huge favor to see me last minute. Maybe, they underestimated how long it would take... Anyway, I still think that if I was seen on time, I might have gotten that cleaning done. I go back soon, and hopefully, everything will be done then because my schedule is very tightly packed.
