I do enjoy going to this dentist. I get great service every time I go. The only problem with this particular visit is that when I was called back, I was made to wait for an hour at least for just a cleaning. Other than that, it was a great visit.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. I had an insurance mix-up and they were not only very understanding, but reassuring that my particular issue would not affect my appointment. From the x-ray technician to the hygienist (Gentry?) to the dentist (Dr. Young), it was a very comfortable experience.

Dr. Payne saw me in a timely manner after I broke a tooth. He explained my options and arranged for me to have the required procedures performed by an oral surgeon the next day.

Dr Young was very considerate about a previous experience I had with another dentist. He listened to my concerns, frequently checked in on my level of comfort, and did a quick and thorough job on what I needed fixed. I had a great experience and would recommend Canyon Gate Dental to anyone.

The hygienist was personable, professional, and helpful. She gave me some really great tips about how to better protect and clean my teeth. She was also sensitive to the pain I had around my gum line and opted to use a different instrument in certain areas because of it. Can't say the massage chair didn't help! Hahaha! Also, Dr. Young is a great dentist to work with!!!
