Very professional and friendly staff. Over the years that I have been visiting this organization, they have moved forward with technology but haven't lost the customer service that they are known for. You are asked questions and don't feel as if they are pushing you out the door. Appointments are not overbooked so you're not waiting for an extended period...unless a baby decides that he/she is ready to make their way into the world!

I always have consistent care from this office. Even if I had to pay out of pocket I would still go there!

Dr. Chen was very helpful, giving me advice on several women's health issues. He really cares about his patients. I didn't have to wait and was walking out 30 minutes after my appointment time!

Staff are very helpful, patient and friendly. Waiting time is usually a matter of minutes. Doctors take the time to get to know their patients and listen to what we have to say. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

Dawn takes her time and has an interest in how you are feeling and if you have any questions she explains so you can understand

The ladies are awesome and friendly. Always answer questions professionally and quickly. Love Dawn, as she is well-versed in all the nitty gritty details to answer questions I may have. Pretty much everyone is great! Not great: that stupid machine to check in - really? Way to IMpersonalize the experience. Scan my license? Really? I have been coming to you for years. I'm still me. Dump that machine. Otherwise, just maybe get People Magazine for my waiting time (which is almost always very short - bonus!) and keep doing what you do!

The OB and GYN Center has been absolutely wonderful to me for all of my needs. Dr. Gao, Dr. Acarenza and Dawn have been my providers and are super! I left Capital Women's Care (the location up the street) for a variety of reasons and came here - have never looked back since! Thank you all!
