Meeting Dr. Girgis has changed my life. I have suffered from back pain do to a herniated disc for 16 years. Thinking that surgery was my only option I have lived with the pain . This limited my activity and quality of life. After going through decompression therapy , I can now do things without the constant and sometimes unbearable pain. I also can’t say enough good things about the entire staff. Everyone there is great and has treated me with with great respect and kindness!

Very clear explanations of what my xrays show and mean. Excellent light-up charts show connection between spinal discs and the pain. No discussion of what I did wrong - or didn’t do - during my life to now have these problems. Very wise; no value in looking back. Dr. Girgas is smart, kind and has a good sense of humor. I am looking forward to his continuing treatments.

These wonderful people are always so accommodating and kind! Love this place and I highly recommend seeing them before even thinking of surgery!

All was well except the young woman who put the TENS unit on my back, as she never introduced herself, she pushed down on the ice packs when she put them on my back (which no one else has ever done) and when she turned up the settings on the TENS unit she did so very fast and I yelped with discomfort until she backed it down some!

I always leave feeling much better.
