Waiting at the entrance were personel to question if you have had contact with anyone with flu like symptoms including yourself.Your temperature taken.You are ushered into the reception area where you are promptly checked in and seen by your provider.

I was great, I had no problem, there was no one that was rude. The doctor was really nice, and he explained everything in a better way. Really nice people.

The staff has always been very welcoming and supportive. The X-ray technician was good natured and talked about how wonderful it was to work there. I had my follow up visit with Dr. Guirgues after a series of lumbar injections. Dr Guirgues is honest, straight forward and doesn't "sugar coat it". I have shown significant improvement under his care, and consider myself very fortunate to have had access to Dr Guirgues and his team. I still have a long way to go, but thankfully, I am no longer where I was a few months ago.

Staff is always Pleasant and helpful and they always greet you with a smile. They noticed that I need a new picture of myself because I had lost so much weight and so they took a new picture. The nurses and x-ray technician did a great job as always. And of course Steve was as supportive and encouraging as he always is not to mention being a good listener. I really I love coming to my visits to this office. I feel safe and secure and I know I get the best care possible. And I am saying promptly and I know that if I really needed to talk with one of my doctors I would be able to. I know the effort would be made and that makes a great deal of difference to me.

There was very little wait time before being called to see the doctor. Once in the back I had paperwork to fill out then the Doctor came in. The exam was very thorough and to go further I have to go for an MRI. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and the care for me.

Given the nature of my issue (staph infection coupled with multiple joint replacements) I am very interested in staying on top of all of that in the most preventative, proactive and progressive method possible (labs, MRIs, xrays, etc.). I appreciate having the patient portal for somewhat direct comms, etc.

Very professional and efficient in all phases of experience. All personnel very polite and engaged in an effective team process. Impressed by CC4S handling of a non VA community care program referral process that is literally in the early stages of it’s infancy. Duty RN’s follow up to ensure efficacy of a confusing VA mandated pharmacy protocol handled same day—-after 1600. Bravo! Results: So far, without medication due to VA’s process, pain is reduced by at least 1/4 and full range of motion experienced within 24 hours of procedure. 5 out of 5 stars so far. Thank you.

What a pleasant experience! Was called back right away, immediately had X-rays completed, was seen by PA Huber before I even flipped through one magazine. As usual, he was professionable, personable, and thorough. Couldn't ask for a better encounter.

I came in to see Dr .Bates , but was seen by his PA Steven Huber . I explained my pain and trouble with my left hip and knees. He x rayed all of the problem areas and then diag nosed it . he gave me two shots to help with the pain . I am pleased to say It is so much better . I know I will at some point have to have hip replacement he said ,but this gave me immidiate relief. thank goodness !! Marsha

I was nervous to begin with as I was having issues with my back; saw the MRI report before the appointment and thought I was in for a long drawn-out process of finding pain relief. I immediately was put as ease as soon Drew Norris, PA, came into the exam room. His demeanor and willingness to listen to my concerns helped me relax. He pointed out on the MRI where the problem(s) are and started me on an action plan; had a "we got this" attitude and I left the appointment with such a sense of relief, I'm sure it helps in my recovery to know I'm in the care of this team at Carolinas Center for Surgery.

I always have a great appointment. I don't ever feel rushed. Dr. Bates and Steve are great. They will be doing my third surgery this fall. I would never go to another orthopedic physician. I highly recommend them at Carolina Center for Surgery.

You gave me everything I asked for and more. My knee was repaired and I went home the same day. On the 4th day out of surgery I did a 1 1/2 mile walk with my dog. There was some pain for sure but I was walking without assistance. I couldn't have asked for more!

everything your group has done for me has been so very good. The last time I was there, I experienced low blood sugar and your medical aid attendant brought me some juice which brought me out of it. For a number of years I've put off having my hip replaced. After meeting with dr. Coles and Consulting with him my confidence grew as well as Trust. After the surgery there was a lot of discomfort. However after going through physical therapy and follow-up visits I wish I would have had my hip replaced years ago. I now realize I didn't have to go through such terrible pain. I would recommend dr. Cole's and his staff because they certainly have improved my overall health. Ed Myers

Dr. Wertman is an amazing surgeon. I had a compound fracture of the right wrist, dorsal Barton. It has been nearly 6 weeks since my surgery. I have the same range of motion as in my left hand. The scar is nearly completely healed. The Action Therapist Pat Stange and her assistant Thea have taken me a long way with careful but increasingly difficult exercises. Dr. Wertman's staff is friendly and I feel blessed to have such a good result. I thank all involved.
