The office is efficient and friendly and take their unpopularity in stride (who wants to go to the dentist?). The hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth and the dentist is fast, competent, and, most importantly, painless. I do believe their savings plan saves money. All in all, a well run operation.

I am so glad i went with my gut and sought out a different dentistry. I originally was told i needed 3 different procedures done on 3 separate occasions. But i decided to wait and find another option which i ran into cg family dentistry. Not only are they literally walking distance from me but they were able to get everything done for me in one day and because of them i can now smile confidently again. Forever thankful. Definitely would recommend.

The doctor and his assistant were very timely efficient with what I needed to have done. I like the fact that the doctor told me what he was going to do and that it will be over before I would know it and it was.

I have had cleanings that seemed more thorough. The amount of time spent on each tooth was less than normal. Maybe it was because the hygienist was just a temporary/substitute??

I had to wait 6 months after hip surgery to have work done. The Hygienist noted it was too soon. I come back in October

My hygienist called me because her 3:00 pm appointment cancelled. She saw me 30 minutes before my actual appointment, which meant I didn't have to wait. She was able to clean my teeth, remove the stains and answered all of my questions. Dr. Potyczka stopped by as well and checked all of my teeth, too. Everyone at the office was kind and helpful.

Just a couple concerns add other Dental offices we had glasses on to prevent the bright light from shining on us and also a warm cloth to wipe your face after the cleaning due to water splashing on your face during the cleaning.

Same as Del‘s as far as the cleaning, and we both didn’t feel like the doctor spent that much time with us which I can understand on mine because I didn’t have any cavities but Del thought that he would say more on how serious his deep pockets were.

The hygienist was very good but I didn’t need to have the dentist come in for maybe a minute and charge me $50.00. I didn’t request him to come she just went and got him. Unnecessary and very expensive charge.

Although I have extreme anxiety when I have dental work done, everyone is always friendly and calming. My appointment on 10/25/18 I experienced something that didn’t happen during my last visit. It is regarding the nitrous. All was great during the work being down. However, I was put into a sitting position very quickly and don’t think I was given enough oxygen. While driving home I did not feel in complete control. I was very light headed. Fortunately I did not have an auto accident. Needed to sleep at least an hour once I was home.

It is interesting that I have had three different folks the last three appointments. This gal was very nice and seemed to do a thorough job. It is interesting that they no longer measure the sockets?

Everything was fine except when they gave me the amount that I had to pay to fix my teeth, I really didn't get much information like do I have to pay right away or they do a payment plan. The other part is why do I have to get the work done before they clean my teeth?

My appointment was with dental hygienist Norma. My experience with her has always been excellent. I say this because she was out on leave and I was treated by another hygienist and the experience was not as good. I must say the reason I continue being a patient with CG Family Dentistry is due to the Awesome care I receive from Dental Hygenist Norma!
