Dear Dr. Taylor, I had great experience with your professionalism and your diognosis of my eye problem. I still cover my right eye to have single and better vision. I hope this resolves sooner than the six weeks period that you suggested. I have a little disappointment over something that I wanted to share with you though. I came to your office the other day and asked for another eye patch because the one you gave me lost it's elasticity and I happened to be near your office and thought I'd better ask for another one from your assistants. I don't remember your assistant's name but he told me that he did not have one to give me and had to order for more and suggested that I to go to the store and buy one. I was willing to pay for it because the one you gave me was a great fit to my eye and the ones at the stores are bigger. He didn't even look for one in the office to give me. I didn't expect that kind of a response from a professional group of people. Anyhow, thanks again and see you on March 7th. Best regards, Shahram Ahi

Very professional and friendly

I was pleasantly surprised, having read other reviews, at how friendly and helpful the front desk personnel were. They were efficient without being brusque and unsmiling...just the opposite. I was also impressed by Dawn and then Dr. Wagner. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.

My appointment was fine: no complaints at all. I prefer not to share anything on Yelp, Facebook, etc.

Great people. Great dr. And assistants. A phone call to let me know they were 2 hrs. behind, due to emergencies that morning, would've been greatly appreciated .

Visit was pleasant and the staff was very courteous, and efficient. Wish my vision would have been improved as a result, but I guess old age is taking a toll on my eye sight.

The whole office has done so much for me thus far! They are always going above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. It's really refreshing to have someone who really cares and wants to help in any way they can!

Dr. Taylor is extremely personable and thorough. I appreciate her concern for my total health and her commitment to spend the necessary and focused time with her patients instead of rushing them through.
