Thank you all for getting me in so quick on Monday. No one looks forward to a root canal. That was without a doubt the easiest, and most pain free of my three root canals. Thank you!

I feel Dr. Lui was awesome and did a fantastic job. I wish though with this pain that I’m still having he could of given me a pain pill. Advil and Tylenol isn’t strong enough. Was up all night.

Everyone in the office is very friendly from staff to doctors. I would highly recommend how knowledgeable and experienced the Doctors are! There is no need to worry when coming to this office for treatment.

Thought I might have a problem with a root canal tooth. My dentist sent me here for evaluation. Got in within a day and the problem was confirmed. I was scheduled back the same day for the repair. Painless procedure. Everything was fully explained to me. Still a little sensitive, but getting better each day. I am confident it will be ok now.

The whole staff is very nice and very professional. Makes me want to go back for another root canal. Not really. I do highly reccomend them and will go back if I need another procedure.

Dr Chase Wicker & his dental assistant Bri make a great team! They were calm & patient while I asked a gazillion q's. Even though my nerve had a wicked curve to it per Dr Wicker the outcome has been outstanding. No more pain after a few days. Wahoo! Thanks again to a great team!! ~ Erika

I was there on 7-31 at 1:00pm. I want to give “kudos” to: Jenny who was at the front desk( and also after the procedure, “thank you” Jenny for your patience and understanding... I was a bit “numbed”). Also, to Lisa who did a “super” job from the start, during and after the procedure... letting me know with her calm voice what was going on. Dr Vos... thank you for the excellent dental work( you would let me know what was next during the procedure) but also for taking some minutes to share about your interests... war history, raking, family, traveling to the Netherlands, etc. I appreciate that. Sometimes I go to businesses and people are like “robots”( no eye contact, no smile, etc). It really helped me to “lower my stress level” relax and to have a positive experience!! You have a very good team!!

Dr. Vos and Lisa made my visit pleasant. I felt at ease and in good hands with what they were doing. They were thorough with everything they said and did. The procedure was painless. I can't say enough as to the level of professionalism and kindness shown by this group/and Doctor, with their patients--- Dr. Voss was able to identify a major front tooth problem, and do an emergency root canal---As you can imagine, it was amazing to be out of pain. To complicate all, I developed major discomfort over a weekend, and it was wonderful to get the caring attention, help, and support during a time when the office is normally closed. I would like to say thank you to Dr Liu and the staff at Cedar Rapids Endodontics, all who were extremely professional, kind and efficient. I was very apprehensive about having a root canal, but Dr Liu put me at ease by explaining the procedure and why he though it was medically necessary. I was impressed with the superb care that I received with Dr Liu and staff. Today I have no pain in my tooth. When superb healthcare is delivered in a patient centered way, it is a true act of kindness and caring for the patient as an individual. Plus to perform excellent service and be proficient- your entire staff should be commended. Kudos! PS. I don't ever want to see any of you again.... Unless at a social event! Thanks again!
