Everything went well for teeth cleaning with Kory. She is terrific. A couple of suggestions for improvement: New(er) tech "Elizabeth" neglected to introduce herself by name (I initiated by asking her name myself); it would be more professional for the employee to introduce him/herself especially if it is the first time interacting with the patient. Also, when scheduling my next cleaning appointment which should be on a 90-day interval, "Elizabeth" said that the first available appointment was 90 days plus 23 days. I accepted that appointment, but realized later that it would have helped if she had offerred to place me on a waitlist for cancellations/appointments that might open up that would close the 23-day gap.

thanks again for a pleasant, on-time, professional, friendly, cheerful cleaning. I tell my co-workers that I actually enjoy seeing my dentist and her staff.

The staff are always friendly and cheerful and have always provided advice on care of my teeth. They have always answered my questions or addressed concerns I’ve had. Some people talk about how they hate going to the dentist. I’ve never felt that way in the years I’ve been going to Dr. Ekerman. I would recommend Dr. Ekerman to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I am 72 years old and for the majority of my life I have hated and feared going to the dentist. So much so that there were somtimes many years between dental visits. Thanks to Dr. Echerman and her wonderful staff that fear and hatred no longer exist. The honest to goodness truth is that I now actually look forward to going to the dentist. I can't thank Dr. Echerman enough!!!!!

The new way of cleaning worked well for me. The ladies in the office are very professional and friendly. Wednesday is a wonderful young woman to be greeted by at the entrance to the office.

The experience is always great even though it is a dentist visit. The staff is a wonderful, professional group. Normally there is no waiting for my appointment for cleaning however yesterday there was a 40 minute wait.

It's difficult to find any fault with a medical services office brimming with lovely young women. (OK, so sue me.)
