We have been going to dr brown for a few years now and have always had great experiences with him and his staff with our 5 yr old! We just started taking our 1 yr old and it was still the best experience! Thank you for all you guys do! :)

I was very appreciative of Dr Brown and his concern for Madyson. The hygienist who numbed Madyson did it very mechanical and without concern for her being upset. I did feel that her hygienist that assisted Dr Brown was great and talked with Mady and took the time to calm Mady down and had concern for her and did not show annoyance when she was upset being numbed up like the hygienist who her numbed her up behavior presented to be.

Everything was an amazing job and wonderful staff! Would definitely recommend this place. Oh also I was recommended here glad I listened to the recommendation!!

Did a 2 1/2 hour drive well worth it. The waiting area has a great set up for kids. When you go back it's still very kid friendly. Kids get to watch a movie while getting teeth cleaned. Doctor and staff are pleasant!

Really good people. Very nice to their patients. Back thing we live 4 hrs away.

I didnt need to have any teeth pulled out, this was good. Dr Brown didnt find any cavities, this was also good news. I got my cleaning done, it was OK. My mom asked dr Brown for orthodontist recommendation and he gave it. Overall my visit was OK but I could have had very different opinion if they needed to have some of my teeth pulled out. Waiting time before we were called was somewhat lengthy but we came a little late.

The doctor and staff were wonderful! The only improvement is making sure that the people know where exactly they need to be. We were told Westly many time but was at surgicare. We really appreciate them wait for us to get there.

The staff is friendly and great with my kids. I always get clear feedback regarding my kids' brushing, dental procedures, appointments, insurance and billing. When the inevitable dental emergency arises, I can get my kids in quickly. It's an accommodating and top notch dental office.

Love how Dr. Moore talked to my son. He made him feel at ease and he sang for him during the procedure!

We have been at this office for a few years now. This time when walking into the lobby it seemed noticeably worn. There were stains on the chairs and carpet was fraying. I believe we waited about 30 minutes which is reasonable. The hygienists were all very professional, kind, and able to work well with my 3 kids. Dr. Brown's friendly smile puts my kids at ease and he always makes sure to answer any questions that I have. Both ladies at reception and check out were also very friendly.
