This was not my first time at your office and I can tell you that each was a complete delight (outside of having to have teeth removed). The office and nursing staff made arranging my suegery just about effortless on my part. I couldn't ask for better service than what Dr. Brockett never fails to provide. Dr Patel was very good. Took time to answer all my questions. Tooth removal was painless (a little sore afterwards). Office staff particularly Cathae were excellent. I would have given 5 stars but I was told someone would call me after surgery to check on my condition but no one called.

I did not want to take antibiotics, opioid pain killers, or be put under general anesthesia for my molar extraction. Dr Patel was completely accommodating to my wishes. All of the staff at Citrus Oral & Facial Surgery are very courteous and friendly. Dr. Patel and his staff explain everything that they are going to be doing before surgery in case you have any questions. Dr. Patel also personally calls to check on his patients in the evening after hours on the day of the surgery. Dr. Patel also removed my autistic son's wisdom teeth a couple of years ago and his staff was very good with my son.

Absolutely....but was a procedure that is inherently painful......after the initial pain prevention medications wear off....but had to be done. Dr. Patel is the best!

This is the second surgery Dr. Brockett has done for me and both were equally painless and a calming experience. The doctor is very professional and explains the procedure in a way I understand. Very concerned about his patient. I did not have anxiety at all! he followed up with me that evening and addressed my concerns promptly. I would highly recommend Dr. Brockett!

The staff was both knowledgeable and professional. Every member of the staff knew what they were doing and and did it well. Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly explain my procedure and even illustrated it on the computer. He told me what to expect after the surgery. Both the medical and administrative staff were some of the best I've encountered. This is saying a lot, because I'm a regular patient of Mayo Clinic so I know world class treatment when I see it.

I was super pleased with my entire experience at Citrus OFS- Ocala. From the people who answer the phones and schedule to the lovely ladies in the office. The gentle hygienist and of course BOTH doctors. I had a pretty painful procedure but they made me so comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. I felt like family and enjoyed their company. Even blown away that Dr. Patel called me personally to check on me. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone in need of oral surgery of any kind. I arrived to the appointment and I was suppose to go to Ocala. The office staff was very accommodating, as well as the Doctor and Nurse. Since I had taken the medicine for surgery and was ready, the Doctor did the surgery and everything went well. I am so thankful they went ahead with the extraction. I healed well and had no problems. Dr. Patel called me a few days before my appointment, knowing that I would be traveling right after my extraction. He decided to squeeze me into the schedule 2 days early so I would have a couple of days at home in case of any rare complication. The whole office is run very smoothly and professionally. And I followed all of the instructions and had no problem. Very happy!
