I'm very anxious right now about upcoming travel and how feeling about unresolved dental of still feeling similar low grade tingling knawing symptoms described in right side mouth upper lower back section and ear ...to pre op and lack of time to resolve. I would love to review this feedback form when feeling better. Worrying that partial symptoms may be due to large metal filling in tooth that Endontist mentioned during consult. I didn't realize the filling wouldn't be removed during root canal process and now not time to do next step before travel as team knew time constraint. Thank you for follow up phone call trying to reassure the metal filling still there is not cause for further concern until the next step crown in a couple weeks as per dentists and Endodontist recommendations. I would also like info or form to submit to insurance for possible partial reimbursement for procedure since my teacher insurance does not participate. Any help with that would be appreciated if office manager could provide a form. Thank you again for trying to be as thorough as possible due to my rushed circumstances. My goal however was to resolve the discomfort prior to travel or and not to have worry about metal filling possibly causing problem or something else. (Not sure what is meant by personal info so I left names out) thank you again for care and support and trying to be as caring and helpful as possible.
