I searched a long time to find this dentist. Dr. Barker is the best. He really listens, always willing to work with you, and his staff is always very welcoming, great at explaining both dental work being scheduled and all costs involved. A definite ten!

As always everything was great. The only difference this time was that it was a very fast cleaning, and the hygienist did not floss my teeth during my cleaning. Everyone is very pleasant and right on time as always.

My first visit! Dr Barker was very informative and went over the Xray with a detailed explanation. During my cleaning, by the hygienist, the water from the suctioning device was all over my face and cold which causes problems, because my teeth are sensitive. Maybe warm water would’ve helped, and lower the water pressure to avoid a ‘face washed.’

I've been very happy with all my visits to CCD. But, I tried to book appointments through the website 2x this summer, with no response. And I replied to the birthday e-mail I received, also requesting an appointment, but no response. I will stick with calling in the future.

My dentist was excellent! However, my dental hygienist seemed rushed and wasn't as thorough as other hygienists I have had in the past. I will likely request a different hygienist for my next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience. The dentist was thorough and answered all my questions. My visit was quick and I enjoyed being able to watch Netflix during my check-up. Most importantly, the dentist was honest. In the past, I’ve had dentists tell me I needed expensive and extensive work done when second opinions have determined that such treatment was unnecessary. I will definitely return.

Good experience with the dentist. However, the receptionist who asked for my driver's license neglected to give it back to me. Three days went by before I noticed it missing and then proceeded to spend hours looking everywhere for it before the weekend came and went. When I called on Monday, they said, "Oh yeah, we have it here, we left you a voice mail." You did not leave me a voice mail. "Well, one of the receptionists was supposed to call you." Seriously lazy people. And that was my first experience there. Now I'm not going to trust anything they say.

This is an office that works very smoothly so there is very little waiting time to be seen for your appointment. Dr. Barker is extremely honest as far as what Dental work is required which has not always been the case with some other dentists I have have seen over the years. All the staff are well trained so they work quickly doing their jobs but very effectively.

Front desk is very helpful. Dentist is best in Chicago and always tells you what he’s keeping on eye on. You also don’t get surprised on costs because he goes over your treatment plan on day one. Personally, I think the prices are the some of the lowest in town—and for that you get the best dentist!

I needed an immediate evaluation of a dental problem, Dr. Barker at Clearly Cares Dental was recommended by a dentist friend. I sent an email in the morning. When the office opened at 10:00 AM, his assistant had already looked at my email, after speaking with Dr. Baker, she informed me ( via text) that he could see me at 11:30 am. Dr. Barker looked at the tooth, took an X-ray and gave me several options and recommendations. I found the practice to be very professional, the staff members competent, accommodating, honest and affable.

Been seeing Dr. Barker for about ten years now. Can't say enough good things. Appointments are always on time and he's very courteous to whatever needs you may have.

I took my 5yo son for his checkup and I had mine too - great experience as always. Both the nurse and the dentist were very nice and patient with my son- he is not scared at all to go there. It’s a plus that there is a kids table with coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied while the parents are inside for checkup.
