My wife and I travel from Dallas to Atlanta to see Kathy Beth and Dr Cohen. It’s been that way for 20 years. Need we say more

About two days before my appointment I developed about three or four small sores in my mouth, an allergic reaction to something I ate. I called the day before and received assurance from Sally that it was okay and that they would look to see what was going on. When arrived for my appointment Beth, my hygienist, was at the front desk. I was immediately greeted by Sally and Beth. I felt like Norm from Cheers. Anyway, Beth took me back and before she started I told her my story also. She was very gentle and thorough, extremely nice the entire time. Afterwards, Dr. Sandra Cohen came to complete my visit. Beth explained my sore mouth where Dr. Sandra examined it to ensure it wasn't something that would affect my gums. She was gentle and took time to talk with me about it. The entire time, I felt like this was my family because they took extreme caution to ensure I was okay without skimping on my exam. And of course when I was checking out there was Sally to wish me a good day along with the other lady at the front desk. And if that wasn't enough both Beth and Dr. Sandra was there to wish me the same. I felt truly blessed to be there. I did look for the office dog before leaving. Maybe next time. I have been coming to Dr. Cohen since I was a teenager. I still have fillings he put in 25+ years ago, which is a testament to the quality of his work. The front office staff treat me with respect and they go out of their way to make me feel personally welcome. They are wizards when it comes to figuring out insurance, and appointments are available early and late in the day. The entire staff has been there for a long time--I have been treated by two of the hygienists, Kathy and Beth, and they have a very calming presence, which is important since I get very anxious in the chair. I could not be more happy with the level of care I have received over the years.

I started going to Dr. Sandra Cohen after terrible experiences with a previous dental practice. After my first year as a patient at Cohen I definitely give them 5 stars. From the moment I reached out to schedule my very first appointment I found the experience to be great. The receptionist, is very efficient and super nice. Her personality relaxes me and the moment I walk in helps with reducing the anxiety I usually have when I go to the dentist. On arrival, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time. This is my first indicator that they value my time as a patient. So far, because the whole team has a wonderful workflow my visits have been great! I get in and out smiling because everyone there demonstrates a love for their job and made me feel like I was their most important patient of the day.

Each person working in the office was extremely nice..... which is great, as long as they are still honest by telling me things I may not want to hear. Also, this temporary crown has been bothering me in different ways. I want the Doctor himself to put the permanent one in - from start to finish - especially since it is in front which makes me self-conscious; I need to know if that won't be the case. Thanks!

Everyone was friendly and professional. I recently moved to Atlanta and your staff was able to get me in the same day I called.

When you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. This helps make the visit a little more relaxing. The dental staff is also friendly and professional. Of the two dentists I've seen one is by for the best. You are treated with the upmost care at all times. I have this dentist most of the time. On two occasions I have received service from the other. That one is not necessarily friendly. I do question the professionalism of that one because both times my teeth were checked that dentist did not wear gloves and I wasn't completely sure the dentist washed his/her hands. This kept me from giving the office 5 stars. I will avoid that dentist in the future. Thanks.

I have used Cohen Dental Center (CDC) many years. I chose CFC for the knowledge & expertise of Dr Max Cohen as a dentist & dental surgeon. I now have the pleasure of seeing Dr Sandy Cohen, also. Dr Sandy brings her own areas of expertise & exerience to CDC. I adore the staff at CDC; they are friendly & very efficient in their specific areas of my dental care. I am treated like 'family'; it doesn't get any better than that!!

My dental visit was easy - pleasant - friendly and very helpful. I am a fearful dental patient but after my visit, I feel much less fearful for my next visit.

Dr Sandi & Dr Max and their staff have always taken excellent care of my dental needs for over 30 years. I tried another dentist one time because of a new insurance plan and had a bad experience that would have been avoided if I had stayed with the Cohen Dental practice. Dr Sandi & Dr Max have always done an excellent job with pain management and the dental repairs required. They are one of the few doctors I know of that will call you back promptly if you have a weekend emergency situation & are willing to go out of their way to help take care of an emergency.
