Best cleaning I think I’ve ever had

Christel greeted me promptly and was professional and friendly when requesting I update my medical history, etc. She was friendly and helpful with other patients. Gretchen, my hygienist, was amazing in every way! She was pleasant, professional and engaging. She was informative, thorough and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her technique was outstanding - one of the best cleanings I've ever had, and I've had a lot! A couple small touches: She used the "regular" polishing head and a 2nd one that gets into small/tight areas. After she was done with everything, she gently wiped my mouth and applied some Vaseline which soothed my dry lips. Like I said, small touches but they really stood out. Dr. Colby has always been friendly. He was not in a rush and took time to chat before getting down to the business of checking my teeth and gums. I need a bit dental work which is scheduled in the near future. Their X-rays are state-of-the-art. They also can take pictures inside your mouth to show areas of concern on a computer monitor. Excellent visit, great job team! :)

Awesome care Best Dentist Ever

Vanessa did a great job. I've never had her clean my teeth before and I was very happy with my cleaning. On another note: I have my teeth cleaned every three months in between the six month cleanings and seeing Dr. Colby. Yesterday, you wanted to charge me $111 for just the cleaning instead of the agreed upon $76 that I have to pay out of my pocket. The woman who took my payment said she would adjust it in your system but my receipt still showed the terminology for the $111 cleaning procedure that I'll have again in July. Can you please fix that so I don't have to get this coded properly each time I have just the three month cleaning? I would really appreciate it. Kind regards, Deby

I feel inconvenienced that I wasn’t informed the doctor would be out of the office until after I confirmed my appointment. Now after having my cleaning appointment I had to schedule an exam visit. I really like the staff and the location but I feel like this could’ve been handled better/smarter.
