My experience with another pediatric dentist and my 2 toddlers was not great at all! Everything from billing to service was a nightmare. My experience with Orchard Hills has been just the opposite. As new patients they got my children seen fast and sent all the forms I would need ahead of time. Stephanie really went above and beyond by taking it upon herself to get a referral that we needed. They are super patient and my two VERY hesitant children both did great. I really appreciate the staff and their friendliness!

I appreciate that the staff is always very informative about what options are (such as choosing a dentist to see your child if you have a preference....we didn't have a preference but it was nice to be offered), the option of fluoride or no fluoride, and being upfront about exam and treatment costs. The staff is also friendly with the kids but doesn't talk down to them in a 'little kid' way, which I appreciate.

Want to thank your office for the 20 years of excellent care , in a fun and playful environment ! We started with Dr Loveridge at the location in east Kennewick when she was 1 yr old , she hated to have to leave when she finally got to college, my son turned 14 this year and started shaving and decided he is "too old" now for thr pediatric dentist, I'm sure he'll miss it, he doesn't know any other. Pediatric Dentisrty made my kids grow up loving to go to the dentist , it was an event , with the fun waiting area and cavity free songs etc . Always had a great experience when I had an appointment to go to. They were very understanding when it came to making appointments that would fit my schedule and kept me up to date on what procedures were going to be done on my teeth.

I was impressed with the office as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted and checked in and then I got to admire the Amazing Lobby/waiting area with the video games and toys. I do wish the wire structure would've been working though, my little guy would've loved to watch it. I was greatful for the professional and caring manner of the dental assistant and the dentist. My son was not a fan (though I didn't expect him to be) and they were both very kind and helpful. The idea of the coins at the end was really fun! However, since my son is so young, all of the options were chocking hazards. But I decided to save the coins for when he gets older so he can get two prizes sometimes! All in all it was a Wonderful experience! I look forward to our next visit!
