Less waiting time, quick check up and detailed treatment explained

Third street dentist always stay on top of their job. They inform me on the change of schedule in time (due to cronvirus-19), called and provide alternative schedlue. Then got the work done immediately after that. I had a filling, need addtional adjustments after original procedule. They are very patient, and didnt charge anything for additional visits as well. It is nice to have such nice dentist in town.

I was able to get in for an appointment quickly. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. I had an exray & exam & treatment plan in a timely manner. Very pleased over all!

Efficient, sooo nice and pleasant. Two fillings in and out of 45 mins. Spent time to ask if I had questions. Made sure I was comfortable.

I didn't know I had such a big balance due so on my bill so i was a little shocked about that. The lady was super nice that waited on me.

My cleaning was pleasant. No hurry or rushing me out the door. Just friendly conversation and steady work. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of their services.

Crystal is amazing! She works quickly and makes the appointment as easy as possible. I do not like going to the dentist but Crystal makes it not quite as terrible!

I had to have a cap put on my front tooth and Dr. Bracken matched it up perfectly to my other cap next to it, the color was a great match. Also Ryan ( the assistant) explained the difference in repairing my chipped tooth again or capping it. He was so kind and thorough and I so appreciated his expertise. The office every aspect of it was ran in a very professional manner. All the office staff and medical workers knew there jobs. My direct contact I believe his name was Ryan was very nice and friendly and was very helpful and encouraging with the treatment plan I was given. That makes a visit to the dentist s lot more pleasant . The office was as a whole very nice clean and well decorated. I got in and out pretty quickly so over all my visit went very well.

Staff did amazing at explaining what was happening with my teeth and what we would have to do to stop the pain I've been experiencing. They also made me feel a lot better about having to get a root canal as I was in a bit of a panic about it after hearing some horror stories, definitely plan to go back in the future even after my root canal!

They got me in for an emergency appoint same day. The entire staff was wonderful and very friendly! I live out of state but am working in this city for the next year and have already recommended Dr. Bracken to 3 of my co-workers.

Always very helpful and very clean. The only complaint I have had is the reference set up. I had referred a co-worker and she mentioned my name as a referral and the person just smiled and said “oh ok” but didn’t put it in the system, however it was taken care of in a very professional manner.
