Staff was friendly & professional. Dr. Fandel has a great chairside manner which makes going to the dentist much easier.

The Dental Assistant was so wonderful. She was easy to talk to. She did an excellent job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Of course I love Dr. Fandel, he never ever has caused pain while doing a dental procedure.

I was never treated like a new patient. Your staff was very cordial and helpful. I've gone to the dentist since I was a child and I am happy to be Dr. Fandel's patient.

During a regular check appointment, I was found to have a loose filling. I was amazed that you were able to work me in to do a filling the same morning. I didn't even have time to go home! Thanks for taking such good care of me. And the filling went very smoothly!

The young woman who cleaned/polished my teeth listened (on a personal level) intently to my response about how I was doing that day. She displayed to me that she is a very genuine/caring individual, & was capable/able to express her true sympathies/with a lot of sensitivity to my answer. On clinical side, both she & the dr (who has shown he has excellent skills for listening to me as a patient, & on any personal struggles, if I shared that), both of them were (her) sweet/(he) wonderful to me!! Was greatly appreciated!!! :)
