Staff was friendly, location was clean. Optometrist thorough and explained what he was doing along the way. I had put off an eye exam for 2 years because last location I visited was dirty. Staff appeared rushed and I wasn't even fitted for glasses. When I receive my glasses, it appeared they were standard size fits all - tends to slip off my ears. Optometrist was grumpy and unfriendly. I will definitely continue to visit this location. Will recommend my husband to come here as well.

Overall, a very good experience, however the only downside to the visit was during the process to select the new glasses frames. The gentleman assisting me had very long and dirty fingernails, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this and I only come once a year. It leaves a very negative and unprofessional impression, I appreciate you asking for my feedback, thanks.

I received a very thorough eye exam and I was not pressured to get new glasses since my prescription had not changed. Also, I received some very valuable information about some preventative measures that I could take. I decided to not have my eyes dilated, but to take a new exam which gave me a better picture of my overall eye health.

Liked the doctor. A little confused about buying glasses. It was cheaper to by frames than just replace lenses. I stumbled across this asking questions and not directed this way by the personal. Liked the entire office staff.

Dr. Kenyan Jared and his team were wonderful. I was a walkin and was treated courteously and professionally. The technician who performed the eye test was warm and exacting. So was the fitting technician who patiently assisted me and even adjusted my current eyeglasses at the direction of Dr. Jared. There was no dilating, thanks to my choice and new experience with the Optimax machine. Dr. Jared's service was honest and exemplary. I will definitely go back.
