I don't like your feedback process.

The only negative thing I can say is that I waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to hear that the Dr was running late. I was there 10 minutes early. So I waited 40 minutes and then had to ask if I was there at the right time before someone told me the Dr was running late. That's not a good thing. The staff should be communicating with the patients.

it's always a pleasure coming to Coral Dental Care Dr. Isaac is been my dentist for over 12 years I travel 45 minutes to get to her and her staff and it's totally worth the ride there gentle and caring and I wouldn't go anywhere else !!

As a Customer Service Representative for a major dental insurance carrier Coral Dental does everything right. Warm and welcoming, educates their patients well, answers questions in easily understandable ways, and requests procedure predeterminations from insurance carriers without being asked to by the patient. Appoint reminder calls by a human being and even birthday cards. This doesn't even to their high quality of care. I am a patient and happy to endorse them fully.
