Great dental office. Crown came off they took me write in . Dr. Brown was very good. Cemented it back in made impressions for a replacement and gave me options for future work. Office staff very helpful and friendly. This was all done in 2 days. Not being a former patient I was pleased ad surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. Highly recommend.

Genuine care and friendly.

Rachel was an awesome hygienist and x-ray tech. She was sensitive to when the bite wings were placed in a way that would be uncomfortable. She tried to help arrange them to be less painful; plus, she worked quickly so it was over fast. She was personable and gave me important information about a dentist she knew in the place I moved to. The other person who helped was slower. She wasn’t quite as natural and comfortable with her work, it seemed. She did the flossing. But she was skilled at NOT letting the floss snap down to my gums in a painful way. Perhaps a little TOO careful. She did fine with the fluoride polish. Both were helpful with getting any information I needed. The dentist was good. Just one thing: when he found out his office would not be doing the (costly) work of crowning one (to 3) of my teeth (since I now live in a different state and would be driving back the next day) he all but just walked out right then and went to the next patient. He was good in that he pointed out on the x-rays the areas of concern and explained why they were concerning. It would have been a little more helpful had he had a pointer of some kind to show exactly where on the tooth he was talking about (and what the “dark places,etc. meant) and exactly what the color changes meant (in terms of decay). He explained well the possibilities of what could happen if the tooth were just left alone (and not crowned); and I feel he was completely honest in his explanation (which is vital to me)!

It was quite an experience but it fixed my aching tooth & feel better & appreciate you working me in..I’m very pleased with my dentist..Thank you & see you in couple of weeks..

For the last couple of years I have been getting some extensive dental work done. The staff has been phenomenal in answering my questions and concerns. They give me my options and tell me what's involved with each one and let me make the decision. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to push me into something more than I actually want. After my first procedure I actually got a text from Doctor Brown later that day asking how I was doing. How often does that happen? Never in my history of dental work and I've had a lot. I don't think anyone wants to go to the dentist but when you need to, you should give this place a try . Every visit has been as comfortable as dental work can be. Right down to those nasty shots they need to give. They're thorough and always concerned about my comfort and take great care to be as painless as possible. I had to change dentists a few years back because of insurance reasons. I went to three other dentist during that time and was thrilled when I was able to come back to Cotton Creek Dental. Try it. I was truly pleased DDS Heideman gave excellent service. He is really excellent at giving shots although I had an abscess tooth I hardy felt the two shots. Outside gum first then waited a bit and came back with inside the gums last. I didn’t feel it at all and that is generally the most painful of the two! He explains what is going to do as he goes along. I recommended to a client later that day.

Being a new resident to Washington City having moved from Sandy UT, my dentist had retired. I needed to establish a new dentist. Dr Brown accepted my insurance and was attentive to the issue I saw him for. He genuinely made me feel he was concerned and would address the issue to resolve it. This was my first visit. The office staff was very personable and friendly. They educated me on the office and how it functions. I’m a cash customer so they also explained their membership plan to me. By using the plan I even saved money on my first visit. Dr. Brown explained what his findings were and what my options for care were. I got to choose what work was completed. The doctor was very kind and great to work with. Loved my first experience!

Having been a dental assistant for many years earlier I had never had the sonic tooth cleaning before and it was awesome!! Everyone was friendly and professional.

Front counter staff is superb. Lynnette is a professional 1st class. If you lose those two you are out of business.

So impressed with how welcoming and kind the staff is. It makes all the difference!
