Meeting appointment times is outstanding. Preliminary eye tests were done promptly and doctor consultation was done efficiently.

Everyone was great! Reason I give a 4 star is the selection of eye wear under EyeMed insurance is not really good which makes some people go to another brand which ends up costing a whole lot more out of your pocket.

Our appointment was great. My 4 yr old was very excited to visit the eye doctor. Dr. Carr was amazing, friendly and great with her. She sings the office praises when she talk about her trip to the eye doctor!! (She was even positive about the dilation drops 😁)

The appt was handled professionally & in a timely fashion. Explanations were offered for technical terms & the optometrist explained in a convincing fashion why trying out bi-focals with a visible line across the lenses was a viable option.

Dr Cunningham is excellent. I know I will receive the best care possible, and he will help me find a solution that works best for me. The staff is great. They are always working hard to get the details in right. I know I can count on the whole team for quality care. 100+ %. satisfied.

this was my 1st visit with Cunningham Vision. Dr. Cunningham was personable and professional. My examine was extensive and thorough, with all my questions and concerns addressed. Auggy was so nice and patient with my mother, Mary, who is 90. She made sure her glasses fitted her properly. She was such a comfort to my mom and I. Mom has early stages of dementia! It’s a struggle to make her happy, but Auggy did! Everyone, including Dr. Cunningham are always very professional, yet still caring and considerate. I have not been in an office, where all the staff are that kind and considerate! Thank you Dr. Cunningham and staff! You are amazing!

I was greeted quickly and waited only a few moments before my exam was begun with a tech assistant.

We were able to get an appointment very quickly after our son injured his eye. The Dr. did a thorough examination and was able to give us good news that our son’s eye was fine. Just some bruising. Thank you to Cunningham Vision for getting us in quickly and calming our fears.

This was a very pleasant place. It wasn’t too crowded or empty. It felt like there was a aura of homlyness. The people at the desk were very nice and they were very helpful. Dr. Cunningham was very nice and not mean at all. When he would ask if you could see it without it being blurry, he would always say it nicely, like he could only be nice. He would always ask how my day was. He seemed like you could just have met time but he was your best friend. This was the best experience I’ve had ever at an eye appointment. They would always say what looked nice in (glasses wise) and give feedback if it was too small or too big, or just you didn’t look good in them. They would help if we needed help at all without hesitation. Overall this was an amazing experience and I hope to go there soon. 5/5 stars.

It was very fast. But I do not appreciate the upsell of the $29 retinal scan. This is of dubious necessity on a yearly basis.

the only constructive criticism i have is that as i was looking at all the women's frames, several of them looked and felt dirty. it was really gross. they were mostly the ones on the carousel spinning displays. also, it was just a wee bit misleading that some of the carousels were labeled with, for example, kate spade, and not all the frames were kate spade. in my opinion, only the name brand should be on a carousel labeled with a name brand. on a positive note, as a long time client at cunningham vision, it was very hard to walk in {several months ago} to see all new faces that were unfamiliar to the clients and kind of unfriendly. this time around felt a little better. may i suggest in the future that if a change occurs like that, that a letter be sent out introducing the new staff? cunningham vision has been around for a very long time and i think the clientele deserves the best information.

Being understanding about the appointment time mix up. Very polite and worked well to squeeze me in when it seems like we were late according to your records.

My eye was extremely sensitive to light, this occurred on the same day I had to attend a wedding. I called and received a same day appointment within minutes. From the time I called, entered and left the building the service was subperb. The staff really cared and it showed. It was a great experience, my eye feels much better, and without them I would've not made it to the wedding. Kudos to the entire staff! I will let everyone know about this place.
