It was a great experience! It was my kids first ever dental visit, so I was a little worried with how it would go. But the environment and staff made both my kids comfortable and they are excited to go back for more checkups!

We felt welcomed and the staff was friendly in a genuine way. The assistant that took us back and did the initial exam was very friendly and even played with my daughter while waiting for the doctor. Kids know right away if a person has good energy or not,and the fact that my daughter felt so comfortable around her says a lot.

Everyone was kind and patient with our 6-year-old. He vomited due to the laughing gas, and the staff had spare t-shirts on hand for just such an event. He dislikes some of the dental work, but he likes visiting this dentistry. It's due to the staff's excellence that my kid is able to make this distinction.

Julie was so patient and kind with my toddler. She figured out his interests and used that to her advantage. My child felt very comfortable with her, which makes me happy!

The person who cleaned my teeth did not seem to have much patience when it came to a child who did not want to be there. Her toan seemed like she was annoyed. I understand children are hard to work with some times but it would have been nice if she would have used a better toan and been more patient!

Appointments always go great. The dentist is always super nice. However SOME of the dental assistants are not very friendly, NOT all. Most I’ve had for my kids we’re very nice.

I was happy to see how well the Dr was with kids! He also is skilled at his job! Its nice to see a dentist that specializes in kids it shows. One thing that I didnt like was that there was no monitor like sp02...its not expensive to have one and could potentially be the cheap insurance that saves you from a 1 in 100000 chance of fatal occurance...plus it is professional ....it would of put me at ease a lil more plus its a tool that wouldnt hurt you it would be a benefit and a smart choice in my opinion

Kristin was amazing with Brielle!! Her patience is outstanding. I love how she talks right to the kids. My daughter is very shy and unsure about new things and Kristin was great at taking her time but also pushing her a little out of her comfort zone to get done what needed to be done. We are so happy to have Kristin as our hygienist.

It’s always an amazing experience when I bring my kids here. They love the place and always explain things so I understand everything that’s going on.

My daughter had an accident 3 yrs ago breaking the roots of her top 2 teeth. She was 3 at the time and the removed both teeth and replaced them with a bilateral spacer that would remain there till her permanent teeth came in. Because we lived so far away we did her other dental work elsewhere. Every person who looked at her teeth claimed it was the best work she had ever seen done on a child her age. We have just gone in to have the piece removed since her permanent teeth have broken through. We had zero issues with the mouth piece and you never would have known they were fake. The piece was very well done and top of the line. Their customer service was great and always friendly. I love the place. Just wish we didn't live so far away.

The staff did such an amazing job with my little guy on his first visit. He wasn’t quite sure about it at first but didn’t want to leave by the end of his visit. He talked about it the rest of the day and can’t wait to go back again.

Our visit was only a bit on the down side because of my daughters reaction. The gal cleaning her teeth handled it well though. I only recommend letting kids swallow more than one thinks. I know how uncomfortable it is to have to swallow but being kept from it but am old enough to process this and I could see my daughter get more agitated the longer her mouth was held open.

I ended up having to hold his hands and arms down and talk to him myself even though I had multiple other children getting cleanings at the same time. If I could have been in multiple places at once the visit would have been fine.

Friendly, fast, explained things on my child level. Told me (parent) what to do to help him have better dental hygiene.

My son really enjoyed his visit! His hygienist was friendly and talked with him as well as kept him entertained while he waiting for his turn with the dentist. I had multiple kids there at the same time and greatly appreciated his being cared for and entertained while I was otherwise engaged with his younger brother.

They way the doctor handled maverick being Hysterical crying and not wanting to keep forcing maverick to keep going and making it to where maverick would not want to go back to a dentist again the only down side is now he will be completely out and get both sides done at same time and probably be in a little more pain this way but I think it’s better then fighting him completely though out the whole process

The experience was good. The communication regarding surgery time and doctors appointments was poor. We kept getting two different times of when we needed to be at the hospital depending on who we talked to or what reminder text/e-mail we received. We just showed up for the earlier of the two times and it worked out.

Kristin was my daughter’s hygienist yesterday. She did an amazing job comforting my daughter and lessening her anxiety. She came out to the lobby as she always does to talk with my daughter prior to bringing her back to a quiet room to clean her teeth. She went above and beyond and let my daughter brush her teeth and even examine them with a mirror after she finished my daughter’s teeth. I felt that was pretty exceptional for a hygienist to switch roles with a child to lessen their anxiety and make the dental experience a positive and fun one!

Thank you to the team for getting my daughter in to see the dentist after an accident over the weekend. They were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and caring.

My daughter was terrified to go to the dentist. When she walked through the door her demeanor totally changed. Staff was sooo friendly and made her feel so comfortable. The dentist was super nice and very helpful as well as his assistant! My daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist! I wish I had as great of an experience when I was a child!

The doctor was super pleasant and thoroughly looked Annika over. He then thoroughly explained that everything was as expected and really relived our concerns.

The nurses and doctor are so great with the kids! My children love going to the dentist because of how awesome this place is!

I was surprised how well the staff responded to my son. Hes 3.5 and special needs. The hygienist wasn't afraid to approach him or guide him in what she needed him to do and was very patient and understanding with him. He did very well. The whole appt was made to be smooth and seamless and as painless for him and us as possible. We left with our future appt set and ready to go and since he has to have surgery and we are from out of town they are even putting us up for the night before which is wonderful so we don't have to have even more out of pocket expenses as well. All and all a very good experience.
