I have been to many optometrists over the years, but never an office where everyone is so friendly, helpful, and professional. I live in Alaska, But I wait until My summer visits to my daughter in Ellensburg to see the doctor, because I like Dr. Hanson and the rest of the staff so well. Professional services were excellent. Annoyed with fact that I was not provided with proper procedures done on requested receipt at time of payment and provided with EyeMed claim form that you had. Found out the next day when I went on-line to file claim with my insurance company. Still waiting for emailed receipt.

I would appreciate it if you could make a point of cleaning off the machines before I put my face on it. Not one time was anything sanitized for me to see. The first machine I used had someone else's make up on it. It's gross and made me feel uncomfortable

I never feel that I am rushed through an appointment. My questions are always answered to my satisfaction. The staff is excellent, and Dr. HAnson is very thorough.

The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The wait times are extremely short. Doctor is always prepared for my individual care - doesn't have to stop and read my chart on the computer. I don't feel rushed. It is nice to feel important in a time when seniors are often treated as being a nuisance. I have and will continue to recommend this care provider.

The best thing about Dr. Hanson's office and staff is how efficent, kind and professional everyone I have had contact with behaves. My questions and concerns are always addressed. I guess if I was not completely happy I'd find and vision center. I'll see everyone next year.

Helpful visit. However, have called twice abt a prescription doc said he wd order No call back. Pharmacy also called you but no return call.
