Yesterday, I was called back first and a dental hygienist verified with me the work to be done on my son before calling my son back. Everything was done well missed getting my bridge flossed. Apparently you were out of super floss or whatever you call it to floss under my bridge. It never happened before and my wife had her teeth cleaned a few days later and got me the floss and I did it myself.

Sierra was a new hygienist for me after MANY years with Darby Creek Dental. She was outstanding in technique and thoroughness. My teeth have not felt this clean before. Loved that she preferred to use the ultrasonic water tool instead of just the sharp metal objects on my teeth. I am hooked on that process now for life!

Always have good care

The personnel are always friendly and willing to answer questions. The dentist always explains things in a way that I understand. I took my broken mouth guard in and was able to get the impressions made for a new one. They checked with my insurance and found out it will be covered. That was a nice surprise.

You could have forecasted and emailed these documents to me well in advance of my scheduled appointment. They did a good job explaining what needs to done, the pros and cons of different options, and wanted to be sure to answer any of my questions. Also, the lady at the front desk was helpful at explaining the costs and insurance coverage of future visits.

The hygienist and the dentist were friendly and efficient. While checking out, the receptionist was a little rude. When I walked up she covered her face to whisper something to the hygienist. I understand if she needed to discuss patient info, but she could have politely said excuse me for a minute and turned to speak with her instead of blocking her face and whispering.

I really enjoyed my first visits with Darby Creek Dental last week. I was in much pain with a molar cavity that was cracked, infected, and in immediate need of a root canal. On my first visit, Dr. Budendorf was very attentive to my needs, explained what was needed, and did what he could to address my pain and infection. I liked that Dr. Budendorf explained that their practice does not believe in hassling patients and that they take their time in meeting patients needs. Our family recently switched providers who, along with abnormally high costs, were quite the opposite. A few days later, Dr. Wylde did a great job with the root canal procedure. Like Dr. Budendorf, he he explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I have to also mention that the women who assisted both doctors were very friendly and attentive as well. They all seem passionate about what they do. Dr. Wylde made it a point to call me a few times afterwards to see how I was recovering. I look forward to following a plan to improve my dental health after my next comprehensive visit. My biggest fear about visiting a dentist is 'getting beat-up' about my dental health because I haven't always had the resources or best insurance to adequately meet those needs. I appreciate that the doctors at Darby Creek understand that and are ready to help me achieve my dental goals.

I had a really positive experience at Darby Dental. It had been a few years since I had been able to see a dentist so I was a little nervous, but my Hygenist Rebecca was extremely kind and made me feel welcome. She explained each thing she did and answered every question I had with patience. Her knowledge of her craft was clear and that, along with her patience and understanding, set me greatly at ease. I also thought highly of Dr. Kyle when I saw him. Everyone at Darby Dental were highly professional and helpful.

Wendy did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Wylde didn’t even introduce himself to me. Just checked and left. First time it’s happened at Darby Creek, but he needs to work on a little chair-side manners.

You Fit me in in between appointments when I really needed it and last minute due to minor emergency . Your service was fantastic . The only thing was I had a minor reaction to the numbing medicine and my sinus cavity face and eye swelled up causing some discomfort in the nasal cavity not being able to breath in the right side and my eye felt like it was going to pop out but came home and took some Benadryl and napped woke up fine no discomfort in the gums at all . I am always pleased with coming to Darby dental and Dr. Wild is so kind and patient and really listens and hears my questions and concerns and I appreciate that . 😌

Really good visit in fact this is the 1st time ever that I had sever tooth pain & rather than being told that I need it extracted I was told that it could just be an infection in the gums & was given an antibiotic to clear it up! Man that’s what I call an awesome visit to the dentist office lol. The only one thing that I wasn’t happy about is I currently had over a $500 credit on my account with Darby. I haven’t used my dental insurance at all this year. When I checked out they of course told me that I didn’t owe anything because I have a credit which I was expecting however when I got home & looked at my bil I noticed that rather than billing my insurance company first & then taking a deduction out of my credit instead they deducted the full amount of my visit which was over $100 for the exam & 2 x rays taking my $500 credit down to a $400 credit ???? Also on my bill it showed each thing which again was the exam & 2 x rays & next to each it showed the full cost & then said insurance should cover this amount & it was the full cost therefore according to their own info that they gave me after billing my insurance I wouldn’t have owed them anything so why take the full amount from my credit only to have to turn around later & add the full amount back to my credit again ? Now I have to pay attention to this to ensure that they actually give me all of my $ back after hearing back from my insurance when it had they waited I wouldn’t have to deal with checking on this

We just started with Dr. Cleveland and all I had was a cleaning from Wendy a tech on my first visit. Very good cleaning. Yesterday I had a filling. Even the shot was pleasant! Dr. Cleveland was gentle and patient with me as I have other dentists who seemed like they just wanted to get it over with. One shot and my tooth was numb. I've had issues with other dentist on this subject! The front filling matched my tooth perfectly and I am well pleased! I highly recommend Darby Creek Dental! Both my wife and I will be loyal patients!

I had a severe toothache over Thanksgiving. Of course everything is shut down. Called first thing on Monday when they opened, they got me in within one hour. Then called a specialist and got me an appointment first thing the next day. Very helpful and professional group, from the front desk to the dentists chair. Dr. Cleveland is the greatest. He makes sure your not in pain and explains everything to you. Highly recommended.

I was seen almost immediately and Lannon, my tech, was personable, as usual. I think she does a very good job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cleveland is great and I highly recommend Darby Creek Dental.
