Dr. Frandsen has been an excellent dentist for our entire family. He is genuinely friendly, extremely competent, and always thoroughly explains treatment plans. He is very accessible and has arranged out of state dental work when needed. If you are not totally happy with your dentist, like we were four years ago, make the switch to Dr. Frandsen and Dr. Heninger.

I got a bridge done last week and it’s super easy to check in and I really enjoy the Family warm feeling I get when I walk inside. The wait time is short the staff is really on top of things from the front desk to the back They instantly know soon as you walk in the door 🚪 there really happy to see you And they got these really nice bright smile win they see you 😃What I like a lot about this place I’m not getting a whole Lotta different smells the doctors and the nurses does not have any cigarettes smells on their clothes are on their breath they let you know what they’re doing and they explain things really clearly before they start and they listen to your comments before they start so if you have really sensitive teeth this is the best place to go. And they follow with the insurance wants so no surprises when you get your bill I also like when I get my receipt I get to see win mi next appointment is in my children’s appointments so I never miss an appointment it makes it so nice and when I do miss an appointment it is so easy to make another appointment my kids love Dr. Henegar and Dr. Francis I’m amazed how well they take care of my kids and their teeth have this amazing great smile my kids aren’t worried when they have a cavity because they know they’ll get taken care of which also means as a parent I still have a lot of work to do to help them out with that and when they train new people I have no concerns because Dr. Henegar and Dr. Francis trains them really well and they stay watched and any questions that they have they ask it before they work on your mouth so I’m always at ease regardless who works in my mouth I love this place I will never go anywhere else There’s no other Dennis in town that can’t compete as well as these two guys

Dr. Frandsen was easy to like. He put me at ease by explaining his very thorough approach to providing excellent dental care. Dr. Frandsen also took the time to explain the reason behind everything he was doing or suggesting as part of my examination. At the conclusion of my visit, I felt very comfortable that I had found a great new dentist.

I love the fact that my two boys love going to Dentist which is a huge improvement from other Dennis I have a place to play games so do not worry about waiting I love the fact that they ask questions and see what they can do different or better and honestly I’ve been going to Dr. Henegar and Dr. Francis for over a decade now and I am impressed how well they take care of me and my children and when they do a tooth filling I don’t know any other dentist in town That does amazing work that they do I’ve had family does complain about their dentist and I always send them over to Dokter Henegar or Dr. FrancisAnd the staff there are really sweet and super polite and they’re all really good at their jobs there’s definitely a place where me and my kids will always go and they help me with my insurance

The dental staff are excellent because they are knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and deliver the best dental care. I always leave their office feeling as though I have been to a spa for my teeth. We drive 600 miles (round trip) because we receive such wonderful care here and we love the staff—they are the best!

Dr Frandsen took a good bit of time out of his day to explain my husband’s many dental issues with clear pictures, and gave us a plan to address them. I wish we had known about this dentist long ago, as the ones we moved from hadn’t taken very good care of my husband. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!

Going to dentist is not something one looks forward to. But Dr Heningers office is always friendly from the initial greeting with a smile, through the cleaning by Tenille who is extra gentle, and the final exam by Dr Heninger who is thorough and answers all questions. Tenille also is knowledgeable and answers questions and gives suggestions. The entire visit was pleasant

The wait time was minimal. The dental tech and doctor were very good at explaining what the images showed as well as the results of the exam and cleaning.

The staff was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I am not positive what is going to happen Wednesday but I will be there. I understood what the dentist told me but wished for more detail. Overall, I think I am in good hands

The visit went very well, I am very happy with the way I am treated by the doctors, assistants, and staff.

I arrived at 3:20 for my 3:30 appointment. I was warmly welcomed, and my insurance information was promptly recorded. At 3:30, I was called back, and welcomed by Jennifer and Dr. Frandsen. After being comfortably settled into the examining chair, Dr. Frandsen answered all my questions and concerns and assisted me in feeling relaxed through conversation. He explained enerything he was going to do in a friendly way. The entire procedure took about half an hour for the numbing shot and the filling procedure -- a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Frandsen and his staff.

Absolutely the best. My wife was in extreme tooth pain and needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Frandsen and Sherry showed up to his office, at 8:00 pm, on a Saturday to accommodate us. Never once did we feel like it was a “bother” or “can’t they wait till Monday” or “I’d rather be doing something else” while we were there. Quite the opposite actually. He does excellent work and is always very professional and curtious. Thank you!!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Frandsen. He always makes me feel good about my teeth. Most dentists will just bring up my crooked teeth, but will never comment on how good my teeth actually are. I’ve never had a cavity before. He always gushes over my teeth and actually makes me feel good about myself. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate that the hygienist doesn’t try to get me to talk while her hands are in my mouth. I love to talk and be friendly, but it’s so difficult during a cleaning. :)
