I've been thinking about telling you about my last experience. I went because of neck pain, and that is much better now, but what I noticed a few days later, as I was doing my morning exercises, was that when I was doing my leg squats (or whatever you call it) my right hip was no longer popping. It had been doing that for a week or two (or more), and I had been kind of accepting it and trying to ignore it. And I was also not feeling really comfortable walking--a little unstable and finding reasons not to go for a walk. But that has changed, too. I feel solidly connected to the ground since that adjustment, and enjoy the act of walking. Thank you.

I never feel worried about a bad adjustment as I have had in past with chiropractors that used hands-on manipulation, because Dr Davis only uses the activator on me, which always is gentle but works perfectly well.
