The whole staff made both my wife and me very welcome. I would and do recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Great service and friendly staff. Only thing to note was the wait time was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Regardless of this I will keep coming because the staff is great.

I'm new to this office but it has been nothing but top notch care from when I first called to the end of my visit. You can definitely tell the staff is passionate and cares for your concerns. Always an emergency or last minute appointment with my family. We have ages from 2 to 44. However, that doesn't seem to be a problem with this dentist office, handling our crazy family schedules and taking care of what ever we bring in as a issue, concern or problem the staff handles them like professionals and they actually care which is not always the case with some places out there. I highly recommend this Office to anyone and everyone of all ages. Been Happy customers for 10 years. Three of our children have moved out of the area and they still drive to Mentor for their needs and also now bring their own families here too. Another big concern of ours was cost and payment options, but clearly after 10 years we still come back. Hence, that's because they are very workable and want to provide the beat care with the easiest solutions that best fit our budgets.
