The staff was very nice, but the wait time was kind of long . Also, it took quite a while for one of the staffs to notice us when we were trying to make an appointment after seeing the optometrist.

Needed an urgent visit and was given an appointment the same day. It was late in the day and Dr Ing and his staff even stayed after office hours so that my eyes could be dilated to do a thorough check of my eyes. I appreciate Dr Ing so much!!!!

Everything was very good except the woman who raced into the room and asked if I wanted my glasses changed. Also, I didn't know who she was as it was not my regular doctor. She muttered something about my doctor but I had to ask her if my doctor was in. She should have looked at my eye test I just had and then said something about the test before she asked me if I wanted my glasses changed. The whole experience was not good.

Dr Jeffery Ing is wonderful eye doctor, he did my cataracts surgery and mad my dream came to true.
