The hygienist was superb. My mouth is usually sore after cleaning but not this time.

both kids (2 and 4yrs) were calm and relaxed with the help of Della the hygenist. No tears and they enthusiastically brush their teeth now. My kids are usually shy and apprehensive of new things at first, especially the 4year old. This visit was a huge sucess. He is excited to return

My visit with Demille McKay dental was great! I appreciated the clean & calm environment, & the professional staff. My hygienist was so gentle with my teeth & gums. I was impressed with her care & knowledge, & I especially appreciated her effort to make sure I knew what she was doing with my teeth. She was also very patient & willing to answer my questions. Dr. McKay was terrific. There were some issues with my teeth, but I felt confident & reassured as he educated me & discussed treatment options. I was also impressed with his willingness to wait & watch rather than jump straight to aggressive treatment. Before leaving the clinic I was provided with pricing for my suggested future treatments, & was also given insurance coverage information. I appreciate that I know what to expect financially, & that I don't have to hassle with getting all that information myself. Thanks to all who took good care of me!! I will happily refer anyone in need of a good dentist!!

First time to get a crown. The experience was better than I expected. The dentist and the assistant were very professional and adept at performing the procedure. The crown fits and feels great. The whole procedure was done in an hour. There was no return visit needed because they had the capacity to create and modify the crown right in the office. Also the office staff was courteous and helpful.
