I missed my appointment time and was very pleasantly told not to worry. A new one was made for the same day. Haley was a treat to work with and talk with. All your staff is so friendly.

The estimate was $192. The actual bill was $578. I was not happy about the difference as you can well understand. The technicians were terrific. Dr. Fraysure is exceptional as always!

All the staff is great. I have always had a good experience with every visit.

The tech/assistant/cleaner lady is a bit of a butcher on the gums, but she is nice and friendly. The dentist was as friendly as ever and was less invasive with his pokey instruments. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen (I think they lie about times on the reminder phone calls) minor issues but they did a good job of getting my teeth clean and that’s what I am actually paying them for!

I am always treated outstanding by the entire staff. Inparticular, my hygenist, Ms. Fleming is exceptional. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, has a great personality and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Frasier is a wonderful dentist as well, very thorough. They both make you feel super comfortable for someone who isn't a huge fan of going to the dentist.
