Valerie was amazing as usual. Kind, professional and gentle. I always look forward to seeing her. The only factor that kept me from giving a 5 is how long I had to wait for the doctor to see me. I know there was a backup during the day but my standard cleaning appt took over an hour and a half. He was wonderful when I did see him so I am happy to keep coming back.
