Katherine did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and further educating me on how I can do a better job cleaning my teeth. She helped me want to improve my teeth-cleaning skills.

Dr. Rice went above and beyond the expected to make sure she addressed the urgent dental care that was needed. She explained the necessary procedures she recommended, answered all questions we had, and worked diligently to make sure our needs were met! On the inside of your office area where the work actually happens it feel warm, friendly and family. The only part of my experience that felt a little funky was the sense of separation that happens when I had to sit out in that large empty lobby. If nothing else I would suggest putting up a couple portable office partitions that helps to cause that corner area outside your works areas feel like it is more a part the warm friendly family energy. Second, I really appreciate receiving the " game plan" page that helped me understand what expect on each visit as well as potential fees I am expected to pay for each visit.
