Five Stars not only go out to Dr.Jergensen, but to every ladie running his office!! I brought my 80 yr old mother in for emergency denture repair on the last morning before their Christmas break and the ladies made her a priority, immediately calling their Lab to ask if they could squeeze this into their busy day and have her dentures back by closing time. Their compassion in seeing this through so she wouldn’t go without them for the holiday was so greatly appreciated!! Last but not least was their outgoing and cheerful personalities. Never have I been to any Dr. office in my 57 years and treated so warm and friendly. Hold on to these Gals Dr. Jergensen!! They are whom give the best first impression upon arriving and put your patients mind at ease before seeing you 😄 Thank You all for treating my mom so well!! We will be back for sure!

I felt comfortable and welcomed by all of the staff. My diagnosis was a big surprise meaning I felt Dr. Jergonsen's solution to my current problems are fixable. I felt him to be very thorough. He gave me a couple of choices on how to solve my problems. Honesty and integrity are very important to me.

Office staff was personable. My concerns were resolved. Appointments were available for my convenience with several options provided. I learned more about my mouth in 10 min. than in any other Dental office. Dr. J was thorough & concise in evaluation of my current dental health & providing a treatment plan. He explained my options & made recommendations that were informative, educational, and realistic. The hygienist was gentle & efficient. Dr. J will have both my loyalty & endorsement.

I came in for a cleaning and had a great experience! The doctor and staff were pleasant to converse with. They gave helpful information to keep my mouth healthy and I could tell that they put a lot of effort into ensuring there patients get the best care reasonably possible.

Dr Jergenson was clear with his explanation on procedure with my mom. The first stage of implants is complete, mom is doing well and looking forward to end results. At 85yrs she finally will get the beautiful smile she's always wanted and that plastic expensive piece of junk another dentist gave her now is in trash! I appreciate your honesty and care! We love the girls in office too!!

I called in as I had an emergency with a broken tooth. Luckily they were able to see me. Great office from the Dentist to the staff.

I was there for only a cleaning this time, but Sonya, the hygienist took care of my teeth and performed a good cleaning in a timely manner. All with a smile and happy attitude.

Brushing austine teeth

Came in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist noticed my inplant was loose so had that fixed. Also having my teeth whitened so had the scan done to create the trays. Everything is explained well and.the staff is great answering questions and making sure you understand the process and procedures.

I came in with fear that stems back from childhood (I am 67) the staff immediately made me comfortable and Rachel who was assisting Dr Jergensen was so professional yet nice and very attentive. Dr Jergensen made me relaxed and told me what he had to do and the reasons why. I am trusting my gut and going forward. I am so glad I came in and can't wait to see how I am going to look and feel after all is said and done. Thank you for being so kind and caring.

A first class dentist and staff is hard to find, but this office is one of them!

Always an excellent appointment with hygienist Sonya, as well as clear explanation of my treatment plan from Dr. Jergensen. Friendly front office staff too. Highly recommended!

Had an implant put in and a tooth pulled. Total time for appointment was 45 minutes. No discomfort at all during procedure. Once home and novacaine gone, very little pain or swelling. Highly recommend.
