I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and Mike does a awesome job. I used to be nervous to get my teeth done but now I’m over that. So you need to keep Mike around, he makes it easy for people to come back he isn’t rude or mean( I had bad experiences before) he just makes you feel at ease. Dr. Hayden same thing with him , he’s not rude, mean, he makes you feel at ease(again bad experiences) so Dr. Hayden (AWESOME) and the rest of the staff treat you with respect and are very professional!!!! So long story short keep Mike, Dr. Hayden around. Please!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!

I started going here 11 years ago. When I came I was so apprehensive of dentists. I had a really bad experience with a different dentist and hadn’t went to a dentist in years. I first started coming when I was 16. The care that I have gotten the last 11 years is always top notch best of the best. I have always trusted Dr. Sabourin and his dental knowledge. When Dr Hayden came I was afraid only because of the past and that my trust was with Dr Sabourin. Than one day he was the only dentist available and I had an emergency. I got the same level of care that Dr Sabourin gave me and was ecstatic. And now I have seen all three and this office is the best dental office in Saginaw. The dental hygienist are awesome including the rest of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Process is taking longer than expected.

This is my first time getting braces, and I'm unfamiliar with the process. It would be nice to have someone explain steps as we are moving. A lot of times I had to ask questions, but because this is new to me I may not know exactly what to ask. My experience was come on beck, have a seat, and they began tightening brackets. I had no idea it would be a little painful. Before I came to that visit I didn't know what to even expect. Communication needs improvement.

I love how nice everyone in the office is. They really care about their patients and provide me with what is needed. I would definitely recommend you guys.
