I just always feel taken care of - I’ve had a terrible time with dentists and Dr. Backiel is always reassuring and consistently checks in and makes going less of an anxiety attack.

Overall really good, timely, and professional experience. My only suggestion is the draining while the cleaning is going on - too much water, my shirt collar and hair on the back of my head were wet after.

I’ve only been going to the office for a year (2 visits), but I have nothing but good things to say. Every person I’ve been in contact with there is extremely friendly and outgoing. More importantly, any questions I’ve asked have been met with a thorough response that made me completely confident. A nice bonus is the music selection. Looking forward to coming back for as long as I live in the city!

First visit went well. Cleaning was very thorough. Being 63 years old I want to ensure good dental health and at the same keep my teeth looking good. I believe this office will help me do that.

My appt for regular cleaning was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 9:57, was called back at exactly 10am, and was on the elevator on my way back to work by 10:34! Love the attention to keeping busy schedules on track. Hygienist was friendly & efficient as well.

Kelly was very professional and she really did a god job please keep her

I came in for a broken tooth which required a complicated root canal (top back molar), it was a long and intense process by its very nature. At no point during the process did I feel uncomfortable, uninformed, or out of control. Thorough and meaningful explanation was given to every step of the process, and any pain or discomfort was handled superbly and without delay. A 4 hour root canal is usually not a good opportunity for a first impression, but I never felt more cared for.

Efficient, effective and very courteous. Did not aggressively up-sell which I appreciate.

Let me start by saying that I am extremely scared of the dentist. Having said that. Dr Backiel and her staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They also let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Everyone was super professional. I would highly recommend this office.

Wow!!! I am a so impressed. The staff and Dr. B works so well together. I love hear jer coach and direct her team while staying engage with you. I have been saving to have my mouth fixed as an appreciation to my mother who spent alot of time and energy on my dental bill. She was a custodian worker and in April she passed. A heads up should be given about the paperwork at the initial visit. It is a tedious process asking for the same information a number of times. The presence if a dog should also be told to potential patients. A friend was going to schedule, but learning of a dog, he questioned the sanitary practices of your office.

My experience was awesome! The receptionist, my hygienist and Dr.Backiel were all amazing! They were all so friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for or considering switching dentists.

I've never had a dental office have trans-inclusive language on their forms. I thought that was awesome. My hygeinest patiently answered all of my questions and everyone was very transparent about fees and payment.

The staff not only let me know what treatments and actions they were taking but also went into detail as to why; treating me like an adult and a partner in my own treatment and dental care. Very friendly, very professional, and great care was taken to keep me informed and comfortable.

As usual, your service was 100%. I had a little problem with my bite, I called and you were able to see me almost right away. Everyone was courteous and professional and my problem resolved. Going to the dentist is not always easy, but your practice makes it as pleasant as possible. I have gone to you for more than 15 years

Cleaning was great and everything was on time. Is it possible to communicate when I will see the dentist and when I won't in advance? Like when you send the reminder say "see you for your cleaning only next week. You'll see the dentist at your next 6 month visit!" Something to think on!

Hello Everyone was very respectful from the minute I checked in up until checked out of the office. Everyone took the time to explain everything they were going to do.... The office was very clean, to me that is just as important as the experience one has in the dental chair.

The hygienist was FANTASTIC!

The environment is always so calming. They even have massage in the chair. Dr B is thorough and so is her staff and they always play awesome music which helps ease my nerves. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I hadn’t eaten breakfast and dr B went and got me an orange juice herself. My only area of opportunity is to find our resources to tell patients that are breastfeeding 🤱🏾 latch med is great so nursing patients can look up the meds given

Dr Backiel and her staff were very sweet and easy to talk to. They took my concerns seriously and didn't pressure me to get anything fancy that i didn't need. They also have an office puppy who is a delightful surprise at a (stereotypically-dreaded) dental appointment.

Dr. Backiel is a very good dentist and so is everyone in the office. I get super anxious when I have dental work done, it’s really nice to go somewhere where they care about my anxiety and offer helpful ways to deal. (They have an in office doggy mental care worker, which is amazing)
