My daughter was extremely nervous about getting braces. The tech was so sweet, asked her why she was nervous and explained what would be happening. This office has been friendly,professional and quite prompt in seeing their patients in a timely manner. At my last appointment,however,the wait was quite a bit longer than usual. Just when I began to wonder what happened,the receptionist announced that one of their staff had a family emergency and that the others were doing their best to catch up. That one little announcement went so far to calm any impatience that may have been developing. It shows that the office does indeed value the time of their patients and strives to keep us satisfied. Well done!

Today was the first time I experienced a wait of more than 5-10 minutes. I wasn’t concerned but appreciated the receptionist coming into the waiting room to explain the delay. That one simple announcement can be all it takes to calm an impatient patient. I will say that all of my experiences with this office have been nothing but positive!

The best orthodontist around. Dr. Bob and his entire staff are so friendly and go over and beyond to make you feel like you are a part of "their family". They are very quick to get you in to be seen if you have an issue. My daughter had a concern with her next tray of Invisaligns...I called and within less than 2 hours we were seen and all was well. Our son will be starting treatment later this summer (we were able to buy some time with his treatment) and I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else.

This is helpful for understanding how my actions could affect the progress of my treatment and how my observations should be tuned in order to provide useful feedback. The office staff and assistants are also knowledgable, detail oriented, and friendly, which makes the visits very comfortable and informative. On a final note, the office is beautiful and has great views from the dental chairs😁
