My six month cleaning was performed very well. I was told that my teeth are in great shape and kept up well. I was please that you’ve reached out to my sign language interpreter services. Dr Gretchen filled three teeth. Hopefully this will fix my issues.

Only time I could get in was a Saturday which they managed to squeeze me in. DR Gretchen was able to fix my tooth rather than pull it. With Dr Bob's insurance to help with the cost, all around I would recommend Dr. Bob's Dental.

Myself and my 2 daughters had cleanings scheduled for 3- 2pm spots. As in life, stuff happens and some hygienist were sick. I thought we would have to reschedule for another day, but the staff pulled thru and moved some things around so we could go in. Granted it was at later times and we were there for 2 hours total. I was happy that they made it work so I didn't have to miss another half day at work for the appointments. Thank you!

All went very well. It was an emergency appt. I was taken on time and Dr. Gretchen was very professional in her evaluation and fixing my tooth that had lost a filling. Her assistant, I don’t remember her name was also very professional and technically proficient.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt totally at ease and comfortable. Also, they don't just clean teeth, they make sure that your teeth and mouth are healthy. Dr. Bob's gets 2 thumbs up!

Dr. Bob's was wonderful. I showed up to my appointment about 20 minutes early, and I was all set and walking back to my car 20 minutes later. They had my tooth out in 60 seconds! I really wasn't happy to find out after sitting for 20 min. After my 4:00 scheduled appointment. That my regular hygienist was not there. I never received a call about this in advance. Then I had to sit there another 15 minutes. You know I have to leave work early to come to these appt. I would have been nice to be informed. If I came late I wouldn't be seen.

I'm very happy with the care and particularly the family-friendly atmosphere here. I came in with my two kids, 4 and 6, who both had a positive experience. No fear of the dentist for them, which is awesome! They got a little restless during my appointment and I really appreciated that the staff was accommodating and patient with them. The only thing that bothered me was that the hygienist who was doing my cleaning talked to me the whole time in the same "Yay good job" tone as my little kids. It was more funny than anything but it did throw me off a bit.

I just want everyone to know my dentist Dr fabiazo ..should really be named doctor fabulouso ...he was professional when I was pretty much adamant about not having my tooth pulled and he gently and patiently explained why it needed to come out and assured me I wouldn't feel a thing and I didn't. he allowed me to express myself and allow me to get comfortable when I was uncomfortable and as much as I must admit initially I was probably a difficult patient or one he thought was crazy.. He gave me my dignity and treated me like a loving mother with a crying baby sorta speak.. he said I had a great smile but if he ever had to pull out 10 teeth.. I'd trust him completely and wouldn't say a word.. It's a 10 star rating for me.. It Will be for you to 😀

I saw Dr. Mark Donahue. He did a fabulous job! He fixed a front tooth that I had recently chipped. He repaired a cavity on a lower front tooth & a small cavity on a cuspid. All in under an hour! I had a new dental hygenist because my original one (who I also love) recently had a baby. The new person made me feel so comfortable in her presence, I almost didn't want to leave. She took her time, answered my questions and explained everything as she went along.

Lynn is my hygienist and she is wonderful. She is always friendly and does a great job cleaning my teeth. She remembers to ask about my children and grandchildren. It’s always a good trip to the dentist when Lynn cleans my teeth and my favorite DDS, Dr Mark checks in.

My appointments are always a pleasure and I am not the type who looks forward to dentist visits! Lynn, my hygienist is the best, keeping me calm and making my mouth feel squeaky clean. She is very thorough and careful. Dr. Mark is thorough also, and let’s me know what he is looking for. I always leave he appointment feeling that the staff is happy and enjoys their respective jobs.

Since I was little I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. Tasha is my absolute favorite hygienist. She talks to me the whole time about her dogs and her family and it keeps me distracted so I don’t panic. She’s hilarious and makes me feel good about my healthy teeth! Dr Soo and her assistant are so caring and gentle! Always concerned about my comfort level. I Just had 16 teeth removed and am now recovering. I wouldn’t recommend having that many extracted at once unless necessary, however, I would choose Dr Soo over and over again!

Lynn did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was not afraid to do her job. I can see that she was trained well, and she is a hard worker.

Immediate care for emergencies. The most friendly and helpful staff. Provide costs before service and different payment methods even for those with not-so-good credit. Dr. Bob’s dental plan for the uninsured makes it so affordable that it actually pays for itself. The Dental Hygienist are always kind and have a calming bed-side manner. One particular Hygienist went out of her way to give me a phone number for quality dental insurance for future services.

Everyone was very pleasant. I am now just waiting for approval through my insurance to begin my dental work than I can really give a review. I do believe my concerns were heard .

When booking a new patient apointment please notify new customers that missing an apointment will cause a 75$ fee. I read that in the policy when I arrived and it almost gave me a heart attack, especially with winter conditions causing delays.

Had a cleaning with Lynne and she is so nice, as she always is. My cleaning went fine. I had a tooth that had broken a piece off and had to b fixed. Dr Mark is wonderful. He asks about my daughters and granddaughter. I have been going to dr Bob’s for over 10 yrs and have always had excellent service.

So far very pleased. I've learned, when asked for my satisfaction level, to wait until the whole project is completed before final evaluation. Dr Bob's track record is excellent.
