The practitioner was very professional and give me some good dental care tips to work even harder on my dental health.

First visit for a cleaning. Referred by friend who is a patient. I was told I needed d rays and DDS exam and cleaning would have to be scheduled for a future visit. I was not pleased with this news since I’d specifically explained when I set up the appointment that I needed a cleaning. I calmly explained this to the tech and then the dentist. After the exam and some negotiations, it was explained to me that the hygienist would try to fit me in. She was able to and I was happy with the results. Had things been handled better at the outset, I would have given a five star review

Wonderful experience great staff

I had three fillings done and it went great! The dentist and assistant were both extremely attentive in making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

I was in earlier to get my bottom teeth taking care of. Fillings cleaning etc. They used novacare and I only felt a very small amount of pain. They are very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I believe my dental hygenist daid her name was Andi. She was very nice. No problem with my cleaning

Reception was friendly and quick, my checkup was fast and the doctor explained to me what she saw on my x-rays in a way I could understand. The were able to schedule my follow ups quickly.

Very happy with Dr Mathews today! Saw her for the 1st time for my cleaning and she filled a worn spot that was tender today. Gentle enough to not need novacaine and I tend to be very sensitive. That was amazing! AND she whitened my smile with some bonding due to some natural discoloration! I was so happy to learn it wasn't staining and to have a nicer smile. Thank you very much again!

I needed a lot of work done to my teeth and although it took longer than expected and there was certainly some pain, the doctor and her assistant were very respectful and made sure to ask how I was doing throughout the process. The only thing I didn't like about the entire experience was walking in to the office a few minutes before my appointment time and learning that they couldn't connect my insurance to the costs. I was a bit annoyed that this hadn't occurred sooner via phone call and that it cut into my appointment time by about 10-15 minutes. It was resolved, but knowing about this issue and fixing it sooner would have been preferred.

I had a great experience the staff are very friendly and took time to answer the questions I had. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and calmed my anxiety. I have been highly recommending my friends who fear the dentist to come there. I have feared the dentist since I was a a child and feel truly relaxed at Dr. Bobs. I feel that means a lot coming from me, as I hadn't been to the dentist in 19 years prior to me going to they're office.

I didn't get her name, but the middle eastern woman who wears the head cover was very nice and sweet and also did a very thorough and quick job cleaning my teeth. I had a very positive experience with her.

Magda is an *exceptionally* competent and comforting, relaxing hygienist. Her cleaning yesterday was the best, most thorough, competent, and relaxing I've had since moving from California several years ago, and I have been a patient of yours for five years. Other than the dentist, hers are the only hands I want in my mouth. Despite my sensitivity and tension around same, she completely handled me and the situation, plus provided an awesome cleaning with no attendant pain. Do whatever you can to keep her!

My experiences at Dr. Bob's are always great. There is a friendly greeting when I walk in. My appointment starts on time unless there is a real need for someone else's to take longer than expected. All the aides who have ever settled me in have been friendly and knowledgeable about what I need. My dentist is the greatest! I have encountered many different dentists over the years and this one is by far the best in knowledge, skill, personality, etc.

Am a heavy smoker and have heavy stains but I never get satisfied with cleaning except with Magda she is so thorough and patience, she answered all my questions for me she’s the best at her job.

The entire staff was lovely and rather than making me feel self conscious about the lass than stellar condition of my teeth helped me come to terms with the solution s quickly. Magda did an amazing job on the cleaning and was fun to chat with. Thanks. Be back soon.
